You will also love our 200 sq ft, sun-drenched, flower-filled deck. Bordering El Cerrito and centrally located, this home is close to BART and ideal for those wishing to explore UC Berkeley, San Francisco, Napa and Sonoma wineries and the Redwoods. Rich wood, exotic rugs and a stunning piano welcome you to a comforting interior. An eclectic mix of paintings, patterns and pairs lend the room a proper traditional feeling, while an enormous TV and cornucopia of music selection will please your eyes and ears. The Family room’s sectional and relational seating offers a splendid place for gatherings around the fireplace or a solo spot by the window to read. As you enter the charming kitchen, you’ll marvel at its amenities and want to create a scrumptious meal using oils, spices, pots and pans and every appliance we provide. In the morning, you may soak some rays on our flower-filled deck, drinking your French-pressed coffee. In the evening, you may adjourn to our front patio, turn on the fireplace and sip a local California libation. The queen bed in the Master bedroom will lull you to slumber after you explore the Bay by day. There is a queen bed in the guest bedroom. As well, there is an electric blow up queen mattress (may be used in the Family Room) and, of course, all linens and towels. Our ample Bathroom has a shower and a tub. We have a washer and dryer for your convenience as well. We love that our neighborhood is a secret, quiet gem in the middle of a bustling metropolis. We can hear and see the birds and the stars, interact with our super-friendly, community oriented neighbors and have access to diverse cuisines, cultures, architecture, geography, natural habitats and entertainment that surround us. Our gardener, Richard, will water the flowers on the porch daily for 10 minutes between 9AM-10AM. You may park in our Driveway or right in front of our home. BART, our subway, is less than a mile from our place. There are several bus lines nearby and bus #72 runs right by our street. We are near the intersection of hwy 80 and 580. If you feel like taking a ferry to SF, you can do so from Larkspur or Oakland.
