Beautiful and spacious with amazing views of Silver Mountain Ski Resort. Secluded and private, but still close to town!

This is a guest favorite and sure to be unforgettable stay with your group as well. Our reviews speak for themselves!

We have a property manager within 15 minutes of the house if you need anything at all.

4 Queen Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms, Living Room with vaulted ceiling and huge windows over looking the mountains. Queen Futon in the living room pulls down for even more sleeping room. Cable TV Internet Access with a few apps and youre welcome to log into any of your own of course.

Sits at the top of Wardner Canyon with Great Views. 1.5 Miles to the Gondola Base, less than two miles to Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes paved bike trail.

Main floor has master bedroom with soaking tub plus shower. Half bath also located on main floor. 3 bedrooms upstairs with full bath. Double car heated garage and your own private entrance through the garage as well.

BEWARE

This is mostly a warning review. I don't want to bore anyone with a long reveiw so I'll get straight to the point. -property owner only answers messages when or if they want to. (I have 3 unanswered messages from check in to check out) - property is large and in great location. -House is poorly decorated and only has the bear minimum. -Driveway is steep in the snow and not maintained so be prepared to get stuck if you have a low car. -garbage can was full and overflowing when we arrived. -received check in info hours before check in and I had to ask for them. Lastly, BEWARE... I was charge a few days after check out for -Nerds candy scattered on the floor (little kids stocking gift) -Garbage piled up, even though garbage was full and over flowing day we arrived ( owner was contacted about this) -Scratches on door leading into house from garage. (Not sure if this is true, none of us remember seeing this) -Owner claimed it was made by a dog. This is 100% false! So, there is your warning. If this owner trys or has in the past charged you for any of the above. Please contact me, they are slumlords. If you rent any home, take video at check in and check out of inside and outside of entire property or you could end up like me. VRBO is also no help, telephone lines where down for 2 days and wait times were horrendous. They told me if you have no pictures or video then theirs no fight. This is the 8th home we as a family have rented and our first issue. There are tons of beautiful properties in this area, don't take the risk with this one.

A nice haven!

Loved our stay! The home was spacious, quiet, comfortable and clean! A great place to relax and spend time with extended family! Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

Cleanliness not maintained!

Where do I start, we walked in and there was water leaking and soaked under the kitchen sink. Tried to find a rag to wipe things up and there were no kitchen towels except one hand towel. Kitchen needs to have a lot more towels and rags available. There was food on the floor and didn’t look like it was cleaned before we got there. There were No extra garbage bags. One of the sinks in the bathroom had NO hot water and the other one wouldn’t drain. There was shampoo on the shower walls as if it never got cleaned. Super dirty around washer and dryer (tons of dryer lint in floor) which tells me whoever cleans this place doesn’t actually care about that stuff. I personally think it shows lack of care. It also said it had 2 bedrooms but it only had one and a loft. So babies couldn’t sleep peacefully. We ended up having to go across the street to get an extra place to stay. I believe it has potential if owner cleans things up a bit. Definitely only sleeps 4 adults comfortably. On the positive, Location is great! Kitchen is nice and big. Bathroom is nice and big. Just needs to be clean and stocked and working!

Great Property

Very clean and great place to stay. The smoke detector was beeping when I arrived but the PM was super responsive and had a new battery installed in a couple hours. Would definetly recommend!
