A few days before arrival, the guest must inform the property: - the estimated time of arrival in Rome - from which airport (Fiumicino or Ciampino) - if they wish to arrive at the apartment by taxi, shuttle service or public transport. The property needs this information to be able to arrange check-in. Guests can always count on the support of the owner as he lives on site. Upon reservation, the shuttle service is available to the guest. The minimum stay is 2 nights. Maximum stay 15 days. There is currently a tourist tax for holiday homes in Rome of € 3.50 per day per person over the age of 12 and not resident in Rome, up to a maximum of ten days. Guests must pay the corresponding amount, in cash, upon delivery of the keys and show an identification document (passport or identity card).
