The house benefits from a large garden of 3000m² not overlooked.
- A magnificent heated swimming pool, entirely new in spring 2020, secured by an alarm, dimensions 10 x 4m, open from April to the end of October depending on weather, average depth 1.40m with a flat bottom, accessible by a very pretty immersed side beach and two small stairs. This large immersed beach will be ideal for the youngest or those who wish to lie down or sit in the water. The swimming pool is illuminated at night so that you can also enjoy midnight swims. The water is treated with salt and will guarantee you a great bathing comfort without chemicals. It is open from the beginning of April to the end of October, depending on the weather.
- A beach on the south side of the swimming pool with deckchairs, sun loungers and parasols as well as an outdoor shower.
- A terrace shaded by a tiled roof offering direct access to the kitchen and equipped with a barbecue area, a large dining table and chairs.
- A playground for children.
