You want to rest with your family in peace, surrounded by nature and at the same time visit Périgord.
We will be happy to welcome you to our property which borders the beautiful forest of LANMARY 15 km from the center of old Périgueux. Our cottage is located on the outskirts of the national forest of LANMARY which gives direct access to marked hiking trails to do on foot or by mountain bike. This 18th century stone house is at your entire disposal (billiard room, 12 * 6m swimming pool not heated for the moment, table tennis table under shelters). Surrounded by old walnut trees, a young truffle, meadows and a forest grouped in a property of 20 hectares which will be accessible to you (immersion in nature guaranteed). We are in a privileged natural environment only 10 Kms from the center of Périgueux. It is this connection to nature, in characterful houses full of history that we suggest you spend your holidays where you can share great occasions, gatherings with friends and family, young and old, birthdays, waking up around 'a magnificent fireplace that has seen 5 generations of my family pass ...

Jolie maison très isolée

La maison est située dans un lieu très calme avec peu de réseau téléphonique. L'extérieur est très agréable, de l'ombre naturel pour déjeuner et la piscine est spacieuse. L'intérieur aurai besoin de quelques travaux notamment la salle de bain du bas. Plusieurs prises électriques ne fonctionnent pas ! Cuisine agréable avec plusieurs réfrigérateurs.

Le CV arme du Périgord

Une semaine reposante et ressourçante en plein cœur de la campagne périgourdine ! La demeure d’Éric est spacieuse et pleine de charme. L’accueil est chaleureux. Merci à lui pour les petites attentions à l’arrivée. La grande piscine avec vue sur la nature est tout simplement sublime ! Tout est réuni pour un agréable séjour !

Prachtige plek met schitterend uitzicht

Met 6 volwassenen, 2 tieners en 3 kleinere kinderen hebben we een week mogen genieten op deze plek. Het uitzicht is echt fantastisch, je kijkt uit op het dal en het bos. Het zwembad is iedere dag gebruikt, het ligt de hele dag in de zon wat echt een voordeel is. Er zijn genoeg voorzieningen aanwezig, zoals een ping pong tafel, een biljardtafel, en dart bord bord voor de kinderen. Iedere avond konden wij eten onder de prachtige druif, met uitzicht op de vallei. 1 avond hebben we pizza gehaald bij de camping verderop, 10-15 minuten lopen. Verder hebben wij onze tijd vooral gespendeerd aan petanque en zwemmen. Een uitstapje naar Perigeuex is ook leuk. Eric staat altijd voor je klaar, als er wat is komt hij zo snel mogelijk om te helpen. Al met al: een aanrader!
