The Space:
Our home is an homage to lodge living. The lodge features wood and stone finishes bathed in natural light, allowing up to 10 guests to enjoy the grandeur of Blackjack Ridge in comfort and style.

- Open layout living space that includes a kitchen, dining, and large sitting area
- Indoor chef's kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware
- Leather couches and working fireplace
- Outdoor patio with grill and hot tub
- Bathrooms feature stone surfaces and modern fixtures
- Front-loading washer and dryer
- All beds feature Tempur-Pedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens
- All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels

Guest Access:
The entire property, including all indoor and outdoor spaces, is for your group’s enjoyment. Access to one garage parking spot is included.

The Neighborhood:
With access to two world-class resorts, the Blackjack Ridge development offers outdoor adventure for every skill-level and interest all year round. Enjoy skiing the renowned slopes in the winter and hiking/biking/climbing in the spring and summer months.

From December to early March, guests can enjoy ski in/ ski out access to Snowbird and a complimentary shuttle service to and from Alta. The public UTA bus runs a free loop from Snowbird up to the Alta Bypass road and back every 30 minutes while the resort is open.

Although regarded as home to some of the “best snow on earth,” this area is so much more than a ski destination. Snowmelt reveals a whole new season of outdoor enjoyment for every skill level and interest. The area’s growing network of trails allows bikers, hikers, and climbers to enjoy the unparalleled views of the ridge during a short walk around the area, rappelling down an exposed rock face, or after a long, rewarding trek up one of the many peaks.

-We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. 
-We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.  
-We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. 
-Pets are not allowed at this property. 
-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.
-This stay is a light touch experience and does not include breakfast or other amenities typically included in a bed & breakfast.
-We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
