The space
A luxurious 2 bedrooms a large living room overlooking 180 degrees of the Mediterranean sea large dining area seats 8 guests. Full kitchen with stainless appliances. The apartment is Located on the seafront of Bat Yam, just 7-10 minutes from the center of Tel Aviv, Israel's vibrant and exciting coastal cultural capital. Just a short walk and you are on a golden sandy beach with cafes and great swimming and boating possibilities . The apartment is beautifully furnished with designer pieces and original artwork. You can lounge in the living room and look at the fabulous beach and sea view. There's also a large sun balcony with a seating area, Free WiFi, 42” and High Definition TV and free Netflix to help you enjoy your stay. There are a wide range of restaurants and shops within walking distance and good public transportation to all points in Tel Aviv.

The apartment has a modern kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, food processor, toaster, electric kettle. There are 2 toilets, one in the guest bathroom and a separate guest toilet.. There is a washing machine/dryer combo in the utility room

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed staying in this apartment. It is on the 15th floor and has a great sea view. It is very comfortable and has everything you need. Walking distance to the sea. Easy access parking in the building. Supermarkets close by. Clean. For us it was the ideal place to stay in order to relax in between our busy visits to various parts of Israel. Just be aware that as in many other places in Israel there are construction works going on here as well. That was no issue to us, we slept very well with the windows shut. The apartment is well above the works. Unfortunately we didn't have time to read the books written by the owner. Maybe next time ;-)

Nice getaway for us

Dror’s place is well equipped and very clean. We enjoyed the large deck and views around the city and the sea. Parking was easy and the beach near his place was really nice. His place is very clean and inviting. The book with instructions about almost everything was helpful. Also liked that the books he wrote are there for you to read. I didn’t have time to read them but ordered them to read later. We rented a car and it was an easy drive many places from this apartment. Would recommend to others.

The apartment is in excellent location.

The apartment was clean and well furnished. The bed was very comfortable and I particularly enjoyed the shower, which was exceptional. Internet worked perfectly .It's an excellent place to spend the night. I love everything about the place, the rooms, the environment and the view to sea.Absolutely amazing.

Exceptional ,great design of the apartment .

This beautiful luxury apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. Amazing location, very close to beach.Also very close to lovely restaurants. Kitchen was clean and we used it often. Secure building .The apartment is kitted with all you need for a convenient short stay. It’s very airy and spacious and comfortable. The owners have done well to maintain a very high standard.I would definitely recommend and stay again.
