The Guest home has 4 bedrooms, Bedroom 1-1 Queen bed , Bedroom2-2 Twin beds, Bedroom 3- 2 Twin Beds,( 2nd floor) Bedroom 4 1-Queen Bed (2nd floor) , 1 fold out queen sofa bed, 1 Bathroom., 2 Bathroom with massage shower (2nd floor), Note: 2nd Floor Bedrooms & Bathroom are great for kids but has a lower ceiling height approx. 6' 4" & ceiling is angled with roof in a few places were (WARNING) tall guests may have to duck there head a little to navigate. Full Kitchen, Large Washer & Dryer, 3 Smart TV's connected to thousands of Internet channels, air antenna gets about 59 channels on 2 ,(Free 1 gb+ WiFi works great with the 4 Smart TV's). My place is 3.5 miles to beach, approx. 1 hr to Disney World, Universal Studios or Kennedy Space Center. (Rocket launches are great from New Smyrna Beach) Also plenty of restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transport. You’ll love my place because of the people, the outdoors space, and the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
