Enjoy a clean spacious modern home with everything you need, 10 min. from the Ocean of Flagler and Hammock Beach, and about one hour from Orlando, Disney, and NASA Kennedy Space Center. We are situated between St. Augustine, the oldest and most charming city in U.S., and Daytona Beach a city on Florida's Atlantic coast known for Daytona International Speedway, which hosts iconic 500 Nascar Race. The house is close to beautiful beach side restaurants, and the European Village in Palm Harbor Pkwy.

The house is great for couples, families, individuals or groups. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood with a lot of privacy. It is very close to all necessities: groceries, gas, restaurants, etc.

You’ll enjoy the entire home as if it was yours! All four bedrooms are spacious and relaxing. Smart TVs. High speed WiFi internet. The kitchen is stocked with cooking supplies. Truly your home away from home and for less than the cost of a Hotel!

HOUSE RULES:
Parties, alcohol, smoke, and pets are prohibited (Assistance dogs are allowed. It’s okay to smoke outside).

All disruptive parties and events are prohibited, regardless of size.
Gatherings of more than 14 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed.

Please park in the driveway, not on the grass.
Trash truck days are Tuesday and Friday. Take out all trash to the garbage containers outside the house. And may place cans, plastic, and paper products in the recycling bin. Recycling is Friday.

Did not stay

Unfortunately we were unable to stay as planned. When we checked in, there were bugs (roaches) everywhere. The host reply was that it was due to the exterminator coming. That was just unacceptable for me & my family. Hope they rectify the bug issue & properly clean after exterminator services.

AC not working, outdated furniture

We stayed with our family and friends for 3 nights. The AC was not working, 80 degrees in the house so it was not fun. Mattresses are worn out and very laud. In other words, the house has everything u need for the stay but very outdated. Location is good. No instructions for check out. It was ok. Will not stay again.

The stay was adequate

The property was in a great location in regard to safety, friendly neighbors, and access to local stores. The property itself was a bit run down and dirty inside and outside (master bathroom carpet dirty, walls banged up and dirty, etc...) - not anything like the photos. The worst was having the owner come into the property during our stay while we were gone. We could tell because the garbage can was carried from the street to the garage (after the trash day pick up) and a nightlight was turned on in the kitchen that had never been turned on before). I don't think we would have minded the owner to come into the house if we would have known in advance, but to just show up while we were gone to our class is creepy and "not okay." I wouldn't rent this place a gain.

Relaxing stay

Wonderful stay in a nice quite street. Only negative was there was no instruction book telling us what to do with linens when we leave, Etc. We will definitely book this property again.
