To the rental price, you must add the compulsory cleaning cost of € 60 to be paid on site.
I offer an optional supply of household linen which includes percale sheets - bath towels - tea towels, at the following price:
- 2 people: 60 €
- 3 people: 75 €
- 4 people: 100 €
The rental period is exclusively from Saturday to Saturday.


The T2 BIS apartment is on the front line on the edge of the small harbor and Eyrac beach, in the lively district of Aiguillon, with its shops and restaurants. At its feet, a pedestrian promenade and a cycle path (no traffic) will guide you to the center of Arcachon along the basin, the more courageous can continue to the dune of Pyla.

A bathroom with a PORCELANOSA walk-in shower, a separate wall-hung toilet, a cupboard with a SIEMENS washer-dryer and a steam generator, a fully equipped designer kitchen with MIELE fridge with permanent ice production to refresh your drinks during your living room, microwave and SAUTER oven, SAUTER induction hob, BOSCH dishwasher. Living room with 120 cm large flat screen TV, WIFI and a round table for convivial or romantic meals. In short, a real cozy and quiet little nest for a successful holiday.
