The Villa is almost new and has hardly been used and lived in, lovely touches to the furnishings and very well presented.

The Living room has a high quality sound system with full Surround Sound, complete with a High Performance Wi-Fi Pioneer Amplifier and a high performance Subwoofer (Android, D.L.N.A. and Apple Devices enabled), it has been acoustically tuned to the room and you can view your music on the 50” HD TV. A fully fitted kitchen with all the mod cons complete with a breakfast table, The dining room is just through the archway and seats 6 comfortably.

Bedrooms - On the ground floor there is one double en-suite bedroom with a king size bed, from the sliding doors leads you to the covered naya. In the corner is a P.C. with dual monitors, just log on in as a Guest User. The other ground floor bedroom has 2 single beds alongside a wc/bathroom. Up the gallery stairs then leads you to the Master Bedroom with a large double king size bed, complete with a separate Walk-in Wardrobes along with a luxury 5 piece en suite bathroom. Through the sliding doors leads you to your own private terrace with lovely views all round.

The entire villa is fitted with motorised shutters for ease of use along with mosquito nets, complimented with air conditioning to all the bedrooms, lounge and dining room and ceiling fans to all bedrooms.

The broadband Wi-Fi router is centrally located to maximise and provide high strength 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz dual bands and is available throughout the villa including the gardens.

The Villa is situated on a residential location in Calpe and only a short driving distance to the centre of Calpe, Lovely Moraira and the coast, their are plenty of sandy beaches, numerous restaurants and plenty supermarkets, just perfect for holidaying and all facilities needed.

The Villa is situated at the top of a cul-de-sac overlooking the reserved green land area to the side and sea views and a view of the Ifack rock. The outside terrain is very easy going. You can park the car in your own private grounds with remote control gates in a fully walled in terrain. The terrace is quite spacious with luxurious sun beds seated in a very pleasant grassed area (artificial). Your own south facing private pool. At the hottest hour of the day or in the evening you can have your meal/barbeque (gas) or just relax underneath the wooden Gazebo, the kitchen is to the side up a few steps.

This all adds up to the comfortable atmosphere that this villa offers.

In short, this is more than expected in a villa, however the owner has furnished out to their high standards and hope residents appreciate and respect what they have rented.

What's on I Calpe

Calpe enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate, with cool sea breezes in summer. The area averages nearly 3,000 hours of sunshine each year and the average summer temperatures are in the 28 degrees C.

In 1986 the World Health Organisation recommended the climate of the area as one of the most equitable in the world - neither too hot in the summer nor too cold in the winter. On average it can boast 325 sunny days each year making it an ideal all year round destination.


Calpe is a town rich in history and culture and its strategic position on the coast has attracted many voyagers and settlers throughout history. Remains of Iberian tribes have been found around the town. Later, the Romans founded Calpe as a prosperous colony, whose main activity was drying and salting fish.

Christians and Moors lived peacefully for a time but were subjected to attacks by pirates during the 14th-17th centuries.

The peace of the 18th century enabled Calpe to regenerate and form the current tourist location.
