Ground floor apartment close to the beach

Perfect apartment for a family or two couples. The apartment is located on the ground floor only 100 m from the promenade within walking distance of both Puerto Banus and San Pedro. The area named Castiglione and is a quiet friendly "gated community" with stunning gardens! Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants and a tennis court.

The apartment is 90 square meters and very well planned. It consists of 2 bedrooms with many closets, one with a pull doors out to the patio and pool area, a living room with sofa and dining area and kitchen.

Just off the patio is a large pool (which belongs to the area) with many sunbeds and parasols, and a children's pool. The apartment has Wifi, AC, barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, TV, DVD, etc.


Living / dining - Large and bright living room with exit to the patio located right next to the common pool. Sofa bed, TV, DVD and Wifi. Dining table with seating for 4-6 people.

BEDROOM / BATHROOM - The apartment has two bedrooms and each bedroom has a separate bathroom with shower in one and a bath with shower in the other. Sofa bed is in the living room.

KITCHEN - Practical well-equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge, stove, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Plenty of glass ware, pots etc. to cook your own food.

Patios - The apartment has terraces on two sides. A patio at the entrance with morning to enjoy breakfast in the sun, and a larger toward the common garden and pool. The large patio has awning, barbecue, own planting and is furnished with both dining and sitting area.

PARKING - In the area there are plenty of parking spaces

Drömläge och drömlägenhet

Mycket välutrustad och smakfullt inredd lägenhet i anslutning till poolen. Vi saknade ingenting.

Havet ett stenkast bort. Härlig lång strandpromenad med flera utsökta restauranger och gym.redskap med jämna mellanrum. Bra avstamp för dagsturer till sevärda platser. Vi rekommenderar denna semesterbostad som ligger på promenadavstånd till den lilla staden SAN pedro.

Härligt läge!

Hyrde denna fina lägenhet i 2 veckor med min familj med tonårs söner. Rymlig och väl utrustad. En underbar uteplats med grill och bara några meter till fin pool. Hela området var mycket välskött. Vi uppskattade även närheten till den fina strandpromenaden med flera restauranger och barer. Gångavstånd till Puerto Banus. Tips för den som vill ha lite mer utmaning. Gå in till Marbella 8 km , ät lunch och ta båt tillbaka. Även gångavstånd upp till San Pedro stad med flera bra restauranger.

Urbanizacion Castiglione San Pedro de Alcantara

Fantastiskt smakfullt inrett hus, underbart läge med endast 3 min. promenad till stranden som har restauranger och strandpromenad med träningsredskap. Huset är fullt utrustat med ALLT som man kan önska sig..Våningen ligger på nedre plan vid poolen, promenadavstånd till den fina, mysiga staden San Pedro.Från huset är det lämpligt läge att göra utflykter. Man når flera små genuina byar på mindre än en timmes bilfärd. Den bästa semester jag upplevt och jag vill gärna hyra huset igen! Rekommenderar detta semesterboende till er som har höga krav på stil och kvalitet.

The apartment is perfectly situated less than 100 meters to the beach while city life is not far away.

Down by the sea there are fine sandy beaches and a great promenade. The promenade between San Pedro and Puerto Banús is balm for the soul and for those who want to maximize continues promenade all the way to Marbella. Along the promenade are also several beaches, beach restaurants, bars, outdoor gym and playgrounds for children. Puerto Banus, known as Spain's St Tropez, it's about 20 minutes walk along the sea. If you do not swim in the ocean, there is a very nice and well maintained pool area adjacent to the apartment.

If you want to break off with the other, it is walking distance to San Pedro town, which is a typical charming Spanish town with many nice cafés, tapas bars, restaurants, shops and crowds of people.

San Pedro is located strategically convenient and close to everything. The range of activities in San Pedro vicinity are almost inexhaustible. Within a mile radius can reach a number of great golf courses such as Las Brisias, Aloha, Los Naranjos, La Quinta, etc. For the shoppers, there is everything. High-class supermarkets with fresh fish, meat, fruit and vegetables, and close proximity to several large shopping centers and department store El Corte Inglés.

In the area there is access to several gym, tennis and paddle clubs, as well as proximity to the pleasant mountain walks in the green Nueva Andalucia. It only takes half an hour by car to discover the pleasant and beautiful mountain regions with genuine living white villages with great traditions and great charm. A day trip to Ronda and Gibraltar are also recommended.

The climate in San Pedro is absolutely amazing! Mountain Sierra Blanca protects against cold northerly winds and creates a very favorable and unique microclimate with pleasant temperatures all year round.
