A fabulously functional beach house, with 4 queen beds, just two blocks from beautiful Crescent Beach and two blocks from the Intracoastal right in the middle of historic Crescent Beach. Brand new fire pit for making wonderful memories! One thing I have learned about living at the beach is how important it is to be able to easily walk to it. A new crosswalk with flashing lights to cross A1A makes it easy. No fighting for a parking spot and no packing up the car. It is located across the street from Safe Harbor Seafood and has pizza and ice cream within walking distance. This house is perfect for a family vacation getaway.

The house is built on stilts but also has a large downstairs bunk/ entertainment room for kids or guests and includes its own full bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a family room, a beautiful kitchen, a full bath, and two outside decks that almost always offer a cool, off-the-ocean breeze. The master bedroom, (the larger of the two) has one of the decks out its sliding door. Downstairs is a completely separate laundry room. The upstairs living area and 2 bedrooms is separate from the downstairs 3rd bedroom and living space.

The house is 600sq ft upstairs, 500sq ft downstairs. It has an additional 320 sq feet of raised wood deck space and 400 sq feet of concrete deck ground level.

Location, Location, Location!!!

This place is great- only 2 blocks from the beach. I loved stepping out on the balcony every morning & listening to the ocean. Plus - Nancy is fantastic! I recommend staying in her places!

Great stay. Excellent location

Absolutely fantastic retreat! We love the location of the house, in a very quiet neighborhood and only a short walkable distance to the beach. Nancy is a great host and thought of everything. The house is equipped with everything and more, meticulously maintained and very clean. Wish we could stay longer. Looking forward to coming back and staying here again.

This property has a fun beachy vibe. You will feel relaxed as soon as you come in. You will love the smell of the salt air and the breezes from the balconies! Come and enjoy!

What makes this property unique

Wonderful location and views- sunrise and sunset. Just steps to the beach. Comfortable. All the amenities of home. Outdoor living spaces makes the house feel much larger- two decks and space on the first level with very nice gas grille. Beautiful palms to look at. The large shed has all the toys you need. Two beach wagons filled with stuff, 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, 4 bikes, look at photo for more details. You will love the house and location.
