CASA LAGO is located in Poinsettia Heights which is a residential neighborhood established in the 1950 s. You couldn t ask for a better location! The house is Only 2.5 miles to the beach and also to Las Olas Boulevard. A very short drive to Wilton Manors and The Galleria Mall. About 45 mins to South Beach and 30 mins to Miami.

--Only one dog is allowed with previous authorization of the owner. A $100 non-refundable deposit will be charge to your reservation.

-Non-Smoking anywhere inside the house or near the entry door. A special cleaning fee of $250 will be applied to your credit card if you or any guests smoke or burn any substance within the interior. Please no candles and/or incense inside the house.

-Check out is promptly at 11 am.

-This is a family neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors.

- The pool is scheduled to start at 8 am until 8 pm. And so it’s the heater. The jacuzzi is programmed to start at 4 pm until 8 pm and reaches a temperature of 104. The pool lights turn off at 11 pm. If you would like me to turn on the jacuzzi in the morning instead, just send me a message for Immediate response. I can do it over the phone. The maximum amount of time that the jacuzzi can be on during the whole day is 4 hours. The pool needs at least 8 hours for proper maintenance

-Keep the house neat

- Please keep the umbrella closed when not in use. The winds and storms tend to break them..

-If you use the grill, please clean off the cooking surface when you are finished.

-Park in the driveway (away from the grass). Do not park on the grass, there are sprinklers under it.

-Do not remove items from property

-No glass around the pool

-Parties are not permitted

-The actions of all guests are the sole responsibility of the reserving guest

-Please leave the bed linens on the bed and the towels on the bedroom floors.

-Only 1 key of front door is provided.

-The home is privately owned and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of any guest.

-The person making the reservation is at least 25 years old, or has had experience with Airbnb before and has great reviews.

-By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests, and those whom they invite to use the premises, are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from the use of the premises and the owners of the property cannot be held liable.

Damages Policy: We tried hard to keep casa lago in pristine condition so the reserving guest is responsible for any breakage, missing items, damages to the building or furnishings including spills, burns, stains etc
