You will appreciate the villa for its BIG BRIGHT STAY of 50m2 with its picture windows overlooking a soothing first terrace bathed with sun and a DIRECT ACCESS to the PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL. Its fully equipped kitchen opens onto a second covered terrace and pleasant, arranged for friendly meals prepared on the PLANCHA at your disposal.
Can accommodate up to 10 people thanks to these 4 SILENT rooms:
2 rooms to accommodate couples with their bed size 160x200 and 140x190,
1 bedroom with 4 beds 90x190 (twice 2 bunk beds.),
1 mezzanine bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 always appreciated.
Its spacious bathroom with BATH, SHOWER, and DOUBLE VASQUE SINK and completely independent of 2 toilets.
Children and adults alike will enjoy the property SECURITY, the pool has an alarm connected directly to the interior of the villa, and a cot is available on request.
You travel in COUPLES, in SOLO, TRAVELS OF BUSINESS, FAMILY or in large groups, the villa is at your disposal as well as the BIG PRIVATE PARKKING which can accomodate several campers.
MANY ACTIVITIES are available to all around depending on the season, we will be very happy to offer them on your arrival.

Super vacances !!!!!!

Nous avons passé un excellent moment en famille dans cette belle et grande maison toute équipée. Idéal pour se détendre au bord de la piscine, jouer au ping pong et faire des repas sur une super grande terrasse abritée. Les hôtes très sympathiques, nous ont très bien accueillis et on été très flexible sur les heures de Check in Et Check out. Je recommande cette villa pour un dépaysement total Et je pense bien que nous y retournerons l'année prochaine ! Merci encore

Beautiful private villa.

“The villa is beautiful and finished to a very high standard. It has good facilities; a well stocked kitchen, lovely seating area for eating outside, 3 good sized bedrooms with the addition of a large open mezzanine floor with double bed. The pool is of a good size, very clean and well maintained. The villa is set in its own large, walled garden with electric gates, so absolute privacy. There is also a pond which is a lovely feature. Mr and Mrs Picard are extremely welcoming and on hand to assist if necessary. However, unless you need anything, they leave you very much to yourself. The property is about a 45 minute (very pleasant) walk from the attractive village of Figanieres, which has a small supermarket for supplies. There are many small traditional French towns to explore in the area, but a car is essential to get around properly. There are two bicycles supplied for residents’ use. My only suggestion for improvement would be to increase this number to maybe four or five. There is a local creperie/pizzeria about a 10 minute walk away, which had very nice food. In order to get to the villa, we flew from London to Nice and picked up a hire car there. The drive to the villa takes about one hour. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property. It is excellent for a relaxing, private holiday and is suitable for both adults and children.”
