Welcome to Sea ROC - A Resort Experience just 3 Miles from the Beach! This luxurious retreat was recently completely remodeled - A two Bedroom/ Two Bath condo with Dual Master Suites await your arrival. (Can sleep 6)

Approximately 3 miles to the Ritz Carlton Beach and St. Regis Resorts.

Built-in wine cooler, frig, and coffee bar. There is a large TV with cable with many Apps - Netflix, Amazon Prime, You Tube etc. in the living room and master bedroom have a Smart TV/Roku.

For kid -stroller,port-a-crib, high-chair,toys,books, sand toys, and a beach buggy to carry all beach stuff to beach.

Sea ROC Recommendations

Monarch Bay Plaza is my go-to place for many things.

It has a Starbucks, CVS Pharmacy, Gelsons Market, Nail Salon, UPS Store, Cleaners, and wonderful gifts and clothing shops. 3 great restaurants - Salt Creek Grill, Stella’s Italian and Ichibiri Japanese.

It’s located about 2.5 miles from condo on the corner of Crown Valley Parkway and Pacific Coast Highway. Turn left on Clubhouse drive, Right on Crown Valley, before you get to Pacific Coast Highway turn Left into shopping center.

Ocean Ranch Market Place – my other go-to place. Ralphs Market shopping center there is Starbucks, Luna Grill, Yogurtland, CVS, Bagel Shop, Italian Food, and toy store.

1. Salt Creek Beach (3 miles from condo)– 33333 S. Pacific Coast Hwy. Dana Point, CA 92629 Great beach to take a long walk. Surfing beach with great waves. Smaller waves are down the beach. It has a snack bar. – Pay to park. It has a huge grassy area with picnic tables. The beach is below with the Ritz Carlton above. It can be a long walk down/up to get to the beach. Bring the beach buggy I’ve provided to load up all your beach stuff.

2. Baby Beach – (6 miles from condo) 34551 Puerto Pl, Dana Point, CA 92629 – In the Dana Point Harbor. Perfect for young kids. No waves. Parking lot. You can rent paddle boards and canoes. It’s fun to walk around the harbor and see all the boats.
3. Aliso Beach – (5 miles from condo) 31131 S. Coast Highway, Laguna Beach – Has a parking lot and a good restaurant (The Lost Pier Café with food to eat-in or take-out)
4. Main Beach - (8 miles from condo) 175 S. Coast Hwy, Laguna Beach – Parking can be tough on the weekend. There are some paid parking lots in town. It’s a fun very active beach. It has great ice cream
5. Newport Beach – (about 20 miles from condo)

1. Salt Creek Grill – 32802 Pacific Coast Hwy. It’s on the corner of Crown Valley Pkwy and Coast Hwy in the Monarch Bay Plaza. One of my favorites. On the expensive side but you can sit in the bar and order off bar menu for small bites. Great food and atmosphere.
2. Baja Fish Tacos - 30242 Crown Valley Pkwy, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677 (it’s right down the street by Smart and Final. Super casual.


Laguna Beach
3. Nick’s Laguna Beach – Definitely my favorite. A bit expensive but worth it.
