About this property

House well located in the southwest of Mahé in a quiet area. The bay where the house is located is called Anse la Mouche. Large beach perfect for small children at low tide.
If you come to us, we will put you in contact with a car rental company and your car will be waiting for you at the airport.
You will enjoy the "Sunset" every evening, you only have to walk 140 meters to reach the beach.
Many beaches more beautiful than the others are not far from the house such as "anse soleil" or "intendance".
Close to the house there are two restaurants and a "padi" diving center, and the grocery store is 50 meters away.
The house is terraced and is therefore always guarded, a beautiful garden surrounds the house.
Ideal for two households or a family with children. Sheets and towels are at home for you.
Two bedrooms each with its bathroom and air conditioning. Small safe. Two children's beds in the living room. A well-equipped kitchen and a terrace where most meals take place.
Wifi (prepaid-card) and internet will help you stay in touch with your loved ones.
The house was renovated in early 2017.
A cleaning lady will come once a week. A washing machine at the back of the house.

older house in a good location

The older house was in a good location in Anse la mouche.The layout was good, but it was - according our standards and expectations - not well maintained. Obviousley the cleaning standards are very different there, so that I cleaned e.g. the oven 2 hours before we were able to use it. It needs probably 20 hours of good cleaning.

Bon emplacement

Très bien pour les baignades à anse à la Mouche, nous avons bien apprécier de pouvoir emporter les bons plats du take away à 50m de la maison et le resto que nous pouvions rejoindre à pied le soir. La terrasse est vraiment sympa nous avons passer de chouettes moments à regarder les oiseaux qui voltigent dans le jardin.

Casa carina, ma pulizia scadente,connessione wi-fi insufficiente.

Anse la Mouche bella spiaggia, tranquillissima con mare piatto. Attenzione alle send flying, presenti in tutte le spiagge più selvagge, molto fastidioso il prurito dopo esser stati punti.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage von dem Haus ist perfekt. Es ist sehr nahe am Meer und ein Supermarkt ist in direkter Nähe. Rose-Marie war sehr nett und hat uns immer sehr schnell geholfen wenn es ein kleines Problem gab oder wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.
