Great Communication, not the cleanest
First, Tatiana was the most helpful contact I’ve ever had when using VRBO. She was very quick to respond, helped us when we had questions, and made our whole trip more enjoyable.
The condo was not as clean as we would have liked. Some dishes needed rewashed, we saw a few bugs, one of the comforters had stains. We had no internet the first 2 days, but Tatiana was very quick to address the issue and get it fixed.
The positives- the security guards were helpful. The golf cart was nice to get around the grounds and over to the Beach Club- which was great. (Bring your own beach towels). We booked a couple excursions and they picked us up right near our condo which was very nice. The air conditioning worked great to cool off at night. The bathrooms were clean.
The negatives- you have to leave the resort to go eat. We rented a car and found great places to eat, thanks to Tatiana. But, it would be difficult to eat out without a rental car.
I wish there were more towels (beach and bath), more basic supplies like trash bags, paper towels, and dish washing supplies.
Overall, we loved our first trip.
