- 1 cellar (ground floor) with sink and LL
- outdoor terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

All shops nearby, very close to the most famous sites of Périgord (Lascaux, Les Eyzies for prehistory, Sarlat for the medieval town, Dordogne Valley for its castles and landscapes ...). You can practice many outdoor activities (swimming and canoeing in the river, hiking ...).

25% deposit on booking
Payment of the balance of the rent + recoverable deposit of 300 euros on arrival.
Sheets and towels on request with a supplement of 20 euros per person.

A very pleasant stay

My partner, myself and our dog have just had a 2 week holiday in this property and found it to be a very nice property in a nice quiet residential area within walking distance of the town (about 1 kilometre). The property has all conveniences necessary for a very pleasant stay and we would happily book the same property again if we revisit this area. The owner, Eric, was very quick to respond to any queries that we had or any advice we needed. He was extremely helpful - unfortunately he couldn’t do much about the weather on our second week but this was obviously entirely forgivable. The price for the property was very reasonable in comparison to others.
