The house is located within a 15 minute drive from downtown Grenoble.
In a very elegant, quiet and peaceful, the house of 200m2 on 3 floors completely privatized, offers a panoramic view of the entire valley.
The garden of 1200m2 with swimming pool provides tranquility and privacy.

At the foot of the Chartreuse massif the house is ideal for lovers of open air, hiking, biking and nearby surrounding ski resorts and ski resort "major" .E These same ski resorts also offer all full of activity out of winter as mountain biking, hiking, etc ...
