Good value for money for a couple

Excellent location, great terrace, comfortable sleeping room. Not so good living room and kitchen. Simple suggestions: soap in the toilet, one towel per guest and a proper knife. Good value for money for a couple

Ok Stay Overall

I stayed at this Riad for one month and overall the stay was just ok. The location was absolutely perfect for where I needed to be and was very convenient. Hamdan is very responsive to all communication and answers questions very quickly. The downstairs living area is a bit dim, the carpets were not very clean and the kitchen area is extremely small. The bathroom was ok and served its function. The bedroom is large and very comfortable as was the terrace, I enjoyed both of those spaces very much. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There were no cleaning products provided in the house and when I mentioned it, the host indicated that I could just go buy them myself, that they weren’t very expensive. Or I could pay extra to have someone come clean the house for me. When I needed clean towels, the host asked me why didn’t I wash them myself. He did provide an additional set of sheets when I explained to him that extra ones he provided did not fit the bed. But he did not offer to wash any of the linens for the entire month. There was no indication that guests need to do their own laundry in the description. I would expect it to be included if one is staying for a long time. Also, if you are a light sleeper be prepared to hear every noise outside of the windows, but the derb is very small, mostly quiet and peaceful. Two heaters are provided which was much needed because it was very cold in the house since it was winter. Though the location was great, I would not stay here again.

A comfortable and convenient apartment close to Jemma El Fna with a lovely terrace.

We really enjoyed our stay at Riad Zitoun Jdid. It was close to Jemma El Fna, restaurants and shopping. Hamdan was a wonderful host who answered any questions we had before we arrived. When we arrived by taxi he met us, showed us the apartment and took the time to visit with us to be sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the perfect place to be walking distance to the main square

I loved this riad it's perfect for a couple or a bunch of friends who don't mind sharing. The owner is really helpful and only 10 minutes away if you need him to come round. The area feels really safe even late at night I would walk home on my own a single female. It's also incredibly clean the streets are washed several times a day with perfumed water so smells great. I would definitely stay here again I had a wonderful time.
