Katie and Greg have renovated several houses in Marblehead MA, Brookline MA and now Newport RI. Katie grew up on Cape Cod, and Greg in Mystic, each spending time in Newport over the years. This Newport house is the family summer house and they love it!

Why they chose this property

Quiet area, right by the beach, Cliff Walk, mansions on Bellevue, Ocean Ave. and beautify park across the street. Plenty of parking at the house. Beautiful walks and sunsets at the beach, but also quick walk or bike ride into town for dinner and all Newport has to offer. Close to schools, etc.
