About this property

A 2BR/2B (2 master suites) Durham Courtyard Villa at Phillips Villas in the Village of Woodbury with a whole house water filtration system. Everything was purchased new when bought villa four years ago - furnishings, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, linens and fully equipped kitchen.

Open kitchen, dining and living room floor plan. Large eating bar with four stools and dining room table for six. Two master suites with king size bed in the master and queen in second bedroom. Master bath has walk-in shower and second has tub with shower. Walk-in master closet. Luxury vinyl plank floor in living area, kitchen and bathrooms. Both bedrooms have carpet.

Ceiling fans and wall mounted Smart TVs in each bedroom. Smart 60” TV with DVD player in living room. High speed internet, color printer and monitor available if you have to work. Electric fireplace. Two love seat recliners in living room.

Comfortable screened lanai with dining table and chairs for four off living room and master bedroom. Full size washer/dryer in one car garage with golf cart space. Electric grill for outside use on patio. Café table and chairs on back patio for meals.

Close to Nancy Lopez and Glenview Country Clubs in Village of Woodbury. Less than a five-minute cart ride to Mulberry Shopping Center, Publix, Citizens Bank, Walgreens, gas station, VA Medical Center and half a dozen restaurants (Beef O'Brady's, Subway, etc.). A 10-minute car ride to Spanish Springs and the Savannah Center. One street from neighborhood pool and a 5-minute golf cart ride to Mulberry Rec Center with sports pool.

Four passenger gas Club Car Golf Cart. Guest Lifestyle IDs available for $50.00, to be paid by Renter at time of pickup. The villa has everything you need and more; just unpack your suitcase and relax. Welcome to our villa!

All taxes, utilities, cable HDTV, high speed internet, trash, lawn service, and golf cart with roadside assistance protection included.

The villages getaway,highly recommended!

Wonderful stay at a very nice home.. comfortable, clean, quiet village. We enjoyed our stay completely. Pauline the owner is easy to do business with, and very responsive.

Wonderful month

As described in listing. Only reason for 4 stars in location was due to its far north location in The Villages. We knew that when we reserved it. Amenities were close by, but needed to plan our time to arrive at southern events.

Great Getaway

Perfect getaway to see family and friends! Home was stocked with everything you would need. Very nice neighborhood! Host was very helpful and prompt, as needed. Love the recreation centers close by!

We live in Norfolk, Virginia where my husband has been station for over 20 years with the Navy as a Merchant Marine member of Military Sealift Command (MSC). Unfortunately, MSC is usually deployed all over the world and we are not able to visit The Villages as much as we would like. We hope you enjoy our villa as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We bought the villa for my mother and step-father to use as they have been renting at The Villages for years. Unfortunately, due to health issues they are not able to stay as we originally planned, so we are hoping to keep the villa through rentals.

What makes this property unique

As the most northern village, the quiet location has everything we want within minutes. We can easily drive to the Centers by car or cart for the free evening entertainment. Pools and recreation centers are within walking distance, if we want the exercise. Within a quarter of a mile are groceries, restaurants, medical, pharmacy, bank, etc. Route 441 is very close with more amenities, shopping and food on both sides of the street. Lowes and Walmart are only 3 miles away! Ocala is 30 minutes. West coast beach is an hour and east hour beach 1.5 hours. Everything is close!!
