About this property

In the heart of the Old Town, a few steps from the new park "La Coulée Verte" and from the beaches, the apartment is on the top floor of a small building. It has the charm typical to the old town with high ceilings, apparent beams and a small balcony. Shops and restaurants are only a few minutes away. Still, the street is quiet as it is a dead end and with only residencies. The apartment is perfect for a couple or a family with children. OBS: it is located on the third floor and without lift.

My co-host, Chloé and I will be pleased to meet you; we'll receive you in front of the building. If you need any advice we gladly share our experiences such as favourite restaurants, places to visit etc.

A desinfecting gel is at your disposal, and be also aware that between each arrival, we desinfect taps, door handles, toilet seat and light switches.

Upon your arrival we offer you a bottle of Cote de Provence rosé wine. Nespresso capsules are also at your disposal.

comfortable apartment in Old Nice

Spacious apartment in a great location! The stairs were not that bad! Perfect for 3 of us. Double bed was a bit hard

Une merveilleuse coupure avec l'hiver

Tout était conforme à nos attentes: l'emplacement (dans le vieux Nice, si charmant et près de tout à pied ou en tram), l'appartement agréable et fonctionnel, nos hôtes Martin et Chloé, si accueillants et disponibles. Le bau temps du Sud n'est pas un vain mot, les Normands que nous sommes avons pu le vérifier, le soleil fut là chaque jour. Bref, un séjour parfait à tout point de vue!

Rugby World Cup visit

Nice clean property with good range of household goods to utilise. Tv but limited channels that could be accessed. Comfortable bedrooms though little space between bed and walls. Cut my shin squeezing round!! My fault. Nice bathroom. Property at the top of apartment building in old town. 63 black stone steps wind their way to the front door. Not for the infirm or older citizen like me who at 75 years and arthritic knees found it a challenge especially with bags. Excellent location for eating and drinking in the Old Town of Nice. Quaint narrowalleys broadening out into interesting plazas. Lots of alfresco dining. Close to tramway stops and access to the rest of Nice; train station and airport. No vehicular access to Old Town and apartment location/ no taxis so you have to walk your bags. All in all an enjoyable stay; geat hosts -Chloe did the meet and greet and a chilled bottle of Provence Rose was a nice welcome. Communication with hosts excellent. Recommended for younger fitter people than me but I enjoyed the rugby all the same!!

Fabulous location

Lovely apartment in the centre of the beautiful Old Town in Nice. Everything is literally on your doorstep - market, beach, shops, harbour and restaurants galore! We were welcomed by Martin and Chloe who had no problem in allowing us to check in early straight from the airport. A cool bottle of Rose in the fridge was a welcomed additional extra! We had everything we needed in the apartment and was even offered an umbrella when it rained. Thankfully, it was a short shower and so we didn’t need it. The weather was beautiful 😊 Martin recommended a restaurant to celebrate our anniversary and it didn’t disappoint, the food and service was amazing! In fact, we didn’t have a bad meal whilst in Nice and we ate out every day somewhere new! There is something for everyone at this beautiful resort- even a doggy beach! Thank you to Martin and Chloe for being such fabulous hosts - we hope to visit again in the future and will definitely recommend to family and friends.
