Welcome to Our Condo!

This is a beautiful Walk IN condo with wheelchair ramp to the door! New stainless steel appliances and all new furnishings, decor and linens. The kitchen is fully equipped for any meal preparation, including the new gas grill located just outside the kitchen. The towels and linens are provided.

Relax on the spacious screened in deck! Fantastic view of the lake! NOTE: The complex is working on all decks and has temporarily added support beams on the deck. This doesn't interfere with the amazing view of the lake.

Master Bedroom has a king bed with an attached full bath. Big windows to watch the water and boats go by while lying in bed. Second Bedroom has a Queen bed and nearby full bathroom.

There is a sofa sleeper for 2 additional guests.

There is a a full size washer and dryer for those extended stays.

Regatta Bay is a nice tree lined property on the 12 MM in Horseshoe Bend. It has tennis courts, 2 Pools, directly on the water. Playground for the kids. This complex sits near many local restaurants, waterfront bars (Shady Gators & H-Toads) are with in minutes, and several golf courses. It is also within minutes to much shopping , Kohls, Menards, 110 Mall Outlet and many local shops offering clothing and nice decor.

The Bagnell Dam strip is just 10 minutes away, where you can find parasailing, watercraft and boat rentals. Several popular restaurants, Beavers on the Dam, Tucker Schuckers, Casa Blanca, Ally Cats or just a few. All these locations you can either dine outside or inside.

Lake Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay here at Lake of the Ozarks. One glitch was addressed immediately and we had a great time. Would love to stay here again.

hard access

Condo was fine but parking lot being paved not allowing us easy access to our car. We got a walk in unit because we do not do stairs very well. Had to walk a fair distance up steep stairs to access our car. Left a day early because we were stove up from all the stairs. Notified the host. She was not aware of the construction and gave us credit back for the night we did not stay.

Luv the view!

We were very comfortable in this condo. It had everything we needed including 3 tvs. It rained alot while we were there so we had extensive indoor time. The street level walk in was very helpful for my hubby since he doesn’t do stairs very well. Could use a few more instructions to get tvs going. We never found any keys. Just used keyless paid for entry. Thank you. Would definitely stay again!
