About this property

Beautiful, modern, recently renovated, third floor condo located in the quaint, historic town of Manteo, NC. It has been remodeled with all new bedroom and living room furniture, all new light fixtures with fans, and a completely overhauled kitchen with new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. There is secured parking underneath the building, with an elevator, that requires an access card to use.

This corner condo has a spectacular panoramic view of Manteo Harbor and a perfect shot of the Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse, as you can clearly see from the photos. It also overlooks the Farmer’s Market and gives you a picturesque look at the wonderful small town of Manteo.

Conveniently located on the first floor of this complex are multiple restaurants, boutiques, and shops with many more within walking distance. In addition, no more than a hop, skip, and jump away, are some great tourist attractions to visit including:

--NC Aquarium
--Elizabethan Gardens
--Lost Colony Outdoor Theatre
--Festival Island Park
--Fort Raleigh Historic Site

Also, don’t forget, Nags Head is a mere 10 to 15 minute ride away, so you can enjoy the beach, the ocean, and all the restaurants and shops located there. Wonderful views in prime Outer Banks location!

Wonderful accommodations (decor, roomy) with spectacular view of harbor and lighthouse BUT elevator to third floor was out of service our entire stay so serious stair climbing.

Happy place

We love Manteo in December. It is so festive and has something for everyone. We are so comfortable staying here. Even days that we decide to stay in are nice. We have everything we need.
