Large and comfortable apartment with mezzanine, structured on two levels, located on the third floor of a very quiet residence.
Central area very close to plants and services

On the main floor there is a living room with a double sofa bed, a slightly separate kitchenette, a dining area, a night entrance, a double bedroom and two bathrooms.

In the mezzanine, the two separate areas, we find additional 4 single beds.

Complete the property a convenient garage where you can repair the car from the cold.

Gute Lage, akzeptable Wohnung

Von der Wohnung aus ist man in wenigen Autominuten in La Villa oder Corvara, auch die Liftanbindung ist in Ordnung. Zusätzliche Parkplätze (neben dem Garagenplatz) vor dem Haus schwierig, aber am ca. 50m entfernten Dorfplatz findet man immer etwas. In der Wohnung ist alles Wichtige vorhanden und ein sehr nettes Hausmeisterehepaar kümmert sich sehr liebeswert um alles. Allerdings ist die Einrichtung/Wohnung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles noch im Rahmen. Wenn man wirklich mit 8 Leuten anreist, sollte man sich schon gut kennen, da die Wohnung dafür dann doch etwas knapp bemessen ist und zwei Personen im Wohnzimmer auf dem Sofa schlafen müssen.

Long weekend in Alta Badia

We spent 3 days at the apartment. It was comfortable for our family of 5. It has a good size private garage easily accessible which is great for storing ski equipment. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Mario (the owner) was great and very responsive to our calls and requests for information of Alta Badia. It is located less than 5 minutes from the ski lifts at Badia and La Vila. We had a great time skiing and snowboarding and we would go again.

Casa eccellente, ottima posizione, tutto perfetto!

La casa è ottima per tutti coloro che vogliono sciare, collegata con tutto il comprensorio del Dolomiti Superski e a soli cinque minuti di strada dal Piz La ila. Noi eravamo in otto e siamo stati molto bene anche con gli spazi interni; il soppalco è ottimo molto grande e le camere sono molto accoglienti. La consiglio vivamente a tutti.
