Huge Lakefront House - sleeps 22! Private Dock! Boating, Water Skiing, Rafting!

New House on the Snake River with a private dock! You can boat, canoe, intertube, or play in the water. No crowds! This is seriously a hidden river/lake location, once you come, you will want to come back. Walk across the lawn and right down to the water and boat dock for super easy access! There is no ramp to launch your boat from here, but there is one just 2 miles away at the Burley Marina. From there it is less than a mile back across the river and a little upstream to our property.
This is our 3rd season renting, we had to relist because of the sale of another property we owned. here are some of our previous reviews:

"We loved this house. It is spacious, new, clean, and well stocked with everything you need. We had 19 people and there was plenty of room, we could have fit several more. It is at the quiet end of a long row of lake houses, and we had a lot of fun boating in the river. It's a nice place to tube and wakeboard, as the river is wide and smooth. The kids loved the bouncy water slide and played games on the big lawn. Really impressed with this place." ---Jolie J.

Wonderful!

We had a family reunion here and found it to be a lovely, fun, well-supplied, perfect home away from home. We had fun on the river, fun playing pool in the basement, enjoyed the great kitchen. We were glad we took camp chairs for outdoors.

Great Home away from Home

This was a great home on the river(seemed like a lake). We had 5 families for a cousin get together. Was very perfect! Everything we needed in the house and room for meals together:)

My name is Lisa and I manage this property for my family. I grew up next door to this property and love to come back and enjoy the river and the beautiful views!

Why they chose this property

This land has been in our family for 3 generations. Our Grandparents purchased this farm in the 1940s. Grandpa bought the land to farm, but even then he could see the wonderful value of living on the beautiful Snake River! He wanted it to be a place for his family to come together and we hope to share that experience with you, too!

What makes this property unique

This is the BEST place to enjoy time with family and play on the water. If you want to kayak and water ski this is the place to do it! Once you experience having your own private dock and easy access from the house to the water and vice versa, you will never want to play anywhere else!
