About this property

This house dating from the seventeenth century was completely restored in period style: stone walls, tiles floors terracotta, old fireplaces and exposed beams.
It is located in the heart of Perigord in a quiet rural hamlet without modern houses in the middle of open spaces on the edge of the forest.

On the ground floor (two large rooms and a bathroom) kitchen with dining area, large living room / dining room, bathroom with toilet and laundry.

First floor (3 bedrooms, bathroom and separate WC): 2 bedrooms with bed 140, 1 room with 2 beds 120, and enough space for extra beds.

Garage, garden furniture, small pond full of fish (fishing allowed).

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette ravissante et typique maison périgourdine !! Très bon point de départ pour de nombreuses randos et visites. M. Marty le propriétaire est charmant, passionné de vieilles pierres et de meubles anciens, très disponible.

Très bon séjour environnement agréable et très calme nos deux voisines étaient charmantes et à l’écoute. La piscine est très située, très grande discrétion du propriétaire des lieux lors du nettoyage de la piscine
