10 km from Mauriac, 1/2 h from Salers (medieval village), first shops at 5 km, house renovated in 2016 with heated swimming pool size 10 * 4 (from May 1 to end of September) surrounded by nature, a real haven of peace on a plot of 6000 m2, very beautiful view, ideal place to relax and discover the splendid landscapes of Cantal.
2 bedrooms make up this house, the first located upstairs with large bedding (160 * 200), private bathroom, TV, storage. The second, accessible from the outside, giving on the ground floor onto a terrace continuing on a field, bedding of 140 and bunk beds of 90, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, courtesy tray with Nespresso machine, outdoor deckchairs.
On the ground floor a single room, dining room, sitting area with fireplace, kitchen, opening onto a large terrace, large teak table for 10 to 12 people, plancha.
Outdoor equipment: deckchairs, pool bed, Acapulco armchairs, rest benches.
Swimming pool with secure electric curtain.

Supply of hand towels: 8 euros per person.

Gîte au calme avec superbe vue

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans ce gîte, petit mais confortable. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et accueillants et ils ont à cœur de vous faire passer un bon séjour et de vous conseiller sur les belles balades à proximité. Le terrain est superbe. Tout y est, la vue, la belle piscine, les couchers de soleil, le calme, l'accès direct à la forêt qui était un plus pour promener notre chien. C'est un très bel endroit pour passer de bonnes vacances. Le Cantal est magnifique et la Corrèze toute proche permet de belles découvertes aussi.

En pleine montagne, la nature a perte de vue, cet endroit est magnifique ! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et a l écoute. Je vous recommande ce havre de paix👍

Un joyau à l'abri des regards

Emplacement idéal, à l'écart de la civilisation, avec une vue à couper le souffle (le coucher de soleil depuis la terrasse est à ne pas rater !). Des propriétaires aux petits soins, logement propre et très fonctionnel... et que dire de la piscine magnifique ! Nous y avons passé un séjour formidable en famille et y retournerons avec grand plaisir.
