Convenient and Nice

The host Star was amazing. She reached out to make sure I would have all that was needed during the stay. The 2 bedrooms are very functional. This place comes with great updated appliances. Would definitely recommend.

Never able to see the property. When we landed from our 2 hour flight we received a text stating they were canceling our reservation. Something about "covid" and the prior occupants would not move out. No proof of legitimacy of their claim but if I were putting someone out like this I would involve our agency (VRBO) to make this right. Instead, we needed last minute hotel reservations which increased our 3 nights roughly $400 which we had not budgeted. The mid ratings were due to not seeing the property and the low ratings were due to poor management of property. BAD experience!

I feel scammed

We stayed 1 hour and left. Kitchen is not fully equipped to prepare meals. There were not enough utensils, plates, or bowls for five people. (Ex: We were group of four, given three forks) She claimed someone stole the silverware. No table to eat at either. There is NOT enough room for 5 people, as listed. The beds were small and uncomfortable. You can feel the slant of the room when laying in the bed. You’ll basically be staying in a un-level, converted garage. There is not deadbolt on the door, along with bars on the windows. Overall felt unsafe. I didn’t receive the refund I was told I would get.

We arrived. Realized this is basically a converted garage that feels like being underground (bars on windows, the main house porch is raised and people's feet woud be in the window behind the main pic.) Bedding seemed unwashed. Could not figure out how to turn off the spinning fan over one bed. We stayed 60 minutes, long enough to find a better place. I informed the owner of our moving... she did not respond. At all.

Okay for a few nights

Place was a great size for 4 people. However, it wasn’t as clean as other reviews mentioned. There was dried food left in the sink upon entering the place. The floors were pretty sticky as well. The mattresses were not clean. We found seeds and dirt in the sheets. It got us through the few days we were in the area, but we made a point to not spend too much time in the place.
