Cumbrian Lakes is a quiet and peaceful premier location, only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and within easy access of the numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets of Highway 192.
This home is SOUTH FACING and has a large extended private sun deck with quality sun beds around the pool. There is ample seating to enable all guests to dine outside under the shaded lanai, great for the BBQ!
It is FULLY AIR CONDITIONED, having spacious and well-furnished accommodation to ensure your maximum comfort and relaxation. There are 6 large double bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, including 3 MASTER SUITES. The open plan loft area also has a Queen size sleeper/sofa bed. The home could sleep 12 persons.
There is a flat screen television and a DVD player in the family room and all the master suites have a television too! Digital television, telephone and internet WiFi are available. The games room includes pool table, football table, dart board and sofa!
For your peace of mind the property is fitted with a security alarm system, with direct dial connection to the emergency services, interconnecting smoke detectors, pool alarms, fire extinguishers and emergency lighting at the exit doors and our home is fully licensed for short term rental with the appropriate Florida authorities.
We request that there be no smoking within the property for the safety and comfort of all our guests.

Disappointed

Disappointed is the reason for three stars. We searched homes with heated pools, at no additional costs. The listing stated the pool was heated only to find out upon our arrival it wasn't. The manager said it was an additional $25.00 per day even though the listing stated heated. We contacted the owner who said she sent an updated email that said there was an extra charge after our booking but we didn't receive. Contracts can't be changed unless agreed by both parties. It was too late to cancel so we weren't able to use the pool. Other than that, it was a very nice house that had everything we needed.

À l'exception d'un manque de produits de base pour entretien, nous aurions apprécié que des tampons, lavettes ou autres pour récurer la vaisselle et chaudrons soient fournis ainsi qu'un produit d'entretien tout usage soit inclus aussi. Sinon tout était parfait. À recommander.

Wonderful Luxury stay

We enjoyed a beautiful house with the perfect layout. We appreciated many twin beds and spacious living areas. The air was cold and the pool was wonderful. This was the perfect location for our youth group. We will be back next year for sure!

Great experience

The house was perfect for our family ranging in age from 1-72. We loved our time by the pool and the rooms accommodated everyone nicely. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe as well. Joy was super responsive and willing to make accommodations based on our needs. Would definitely stay here again.
