It is in an old Ardèche farm, quite refurbished, that you will have the pleasure of discovering the Ardèche. The house is located on an old hillside vineyard, along a small road giving access to the hamlet of Joux.
It enjoys an exceptional situation, with a 180 ° panorama over the valley and the possibility of seeing Mont Ventoux at +/- 100 km. The southern exposure of the house offers a magical sunshine from morning to night.

Located 15 km from Largentière, 25 km from Aubenas, close to tourist activities, but far enough to taste the quiet of the countryside, the most direct neighbors are located 200 m.

Vacances entre amis dans un cadre idyllique

La maison d'Isabelle est décorée avec goût. On s'y sent bien tout de suite. C'est une maison où il y a de la vie et qui donne envie de créer de nouveaux souvenirs, même fugaces :) La maison est encore plus jolie en vrai qu'en photos. La piscine avec sa vue imprenable, le terrain de pétanque, les terrasses de chaque côté de la maison... Tout est fait pour se détendre dans un écrin de nature sans vis-à-vis ni voisins directs. Merci également à Sarah qui s'est occupée de nous accueillir. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.

Séjour très agréable dans cette belle maison avec piscine , une vue incroyable

Villa tranquille avec vue incroyable, une belle piscine et un terrain de boules, nous avons passé 2 semaines de bonheur en famille dans cette belle maison fonctionnelle (a 13 minutes de Largentieres . )
