About this property

Our beautiful Villa has just been refreshed for the 2023 season! Overlooking the tennis courts, this immaculate two bed, two bath has a fresh open Low Country feel. The inviting granite in the kitchen to the beautiful hardwood floors throughout, pack your bags and leave your worries behind!

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a 40” flat screen TV, the guest suite is also a king with a 32” flat screen TV as well!

The living room and kitchen open up to a sun porch and a spacious deck overlooking beautiful palm trees and clay tennis courts!

Cable and Wifi are provided at no charge.

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club may be purchased for a daily or weekly fee. ($225 week or $40 day) (For entire villa occupants. ) This card give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf, equine center, and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

We have a guest of owner card giving you free access to pools and workout facilities at the Lakehouse!

If you are planning a visit to Charleston and Seabrook Island, we would love to have you as our guest for years to come! As of 5/15/2023 a $43.00 gate fee will be assessed to all renters of the island this pass is good for 1-180 day's. f

Gorgeous Villa and views. Very clean and well kept. Very welcoming and comfortable ! Did not want to leave! Beautiful island and beaches! If we are ever in the area again would definitely stay again!!

The minute we walked in we were extremely impressed. It was very clean and loved the decor. It felt so homey and everything you needed and more was there. Loved the comment book about our stay where you could read what and where others who stayed there were from. We just made ourselves at home. The grounds were very clean and people were quite friendly. I would highly recommend this Villa.

Perfect stay

Very nice two bedroom condo. King beds in both bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen area with nice appliances. . Comfortable living area and porch. Quiet and convenient. Highly recommend.
