We had a great time in the carriage house! It’s so cute and homey. When we arrived, we had a lot of trouble with the code locks. We were emailed the wrong code, then texted new codes, neither of which worked and security had to come out. We were also given the wrong WiFi password, so we had to use data all week which led to our data being throttled. There were also long dark hairs in all the towels, which neither of us have. Included in the introduction email was information about emergency numbers, which told us that we would need to be prepared to give a physical address of the house which was listed in the email and was completely wrong. It was the wrong street and wrong house number so I’m not sure what went wrong there. The garage codes were also confusing, we were told to use the left side, but the left side code box didn’t work, so we ended up using the right side, which led to confusion with the guests staying in the main house. There were also no trash bags so we couldn’t change them when needed. I enjoyed having a washer and dryer on site. All in all, the carriage house is super cute and fun, just needs more clarification.

We did provide a 4pm check in code in your email. It was the correct code at the time, however, the home was ready at 12:45pm and at that time we sent a notification you are able to get in for a early check in with a brand new code provided. Unfortunately, Seacrest Security does not have access to the door for our home. We immediately noticed after your departure the WiFi was not working strongly and reset the router to be fully functioning again. We apologize greatly about the towels and we will notify our housekeeping team for the future. I do see the email you received at the emergency number listed on the bottom of the page with the wrong street address. We thank you for letting us know and we will make this correction to match the address we give at the top of our email. We will have our maintenance technician take a look at the garage door and we apologize you were unable to us this. There is also an opener on the inside of the garage as well. We do only provide starter amenities in our homes. We are glad you enjoyed the carriage home and experienced these items. Our guest experience team is here every day and happy to help!
This unit is beautiful and perfectly located. It allowed us to enjoy time away from the daily grind. The unit was cozy and decorated well. The location is perfect, with easy walking to food, the pool, and tram service to the beach. We had a great getaway as a family, recharging before getting back to reality! We highly recommend it!
