Rénovation et ménage urgents

Appartement au mobilier vieillot, électroménager obsolète (lave-linge n'essore pas, four trop petit...), vaisselle dépareillée (pas de verres à vin, aucun autre verre assorti à un autre, couverts vieux et cassés, poêle en bout de vie), étendage à linge rouillé et cassé, pas d'aspirateur mais 2 vieux balais. Mais tout cela n'est rien à côté de la "propreté " qui laissait vraiment à désirer, le ménage avait été soi-disant fait le jour de notre arrivée mais tous les meubles étaient poussiéreux, les plinthes sales, une des couettes avec une grosse tâche dessus, bref une bonne rénovation complète (peinture et ménage) serait nécessaire pour rendre cette location plus agréable car elle est bien située et la résidence agréable. Le propriétaire ne doit louer que pour la rentabilité .

Très belles plages...un choix de plages avec des ambiances différentes

Appartement sympa avec place de parking dans enceinte sécurisée mais peu d'espace entre voitures et pas de place Handicapé sinon ampoules halogènes à remplacer par des leds...ça chaufferait moins et ça consommerait moins...un petit geste pour la planète ! pas besoin de chauffage en été ! Ascenseur oui.

Bon potentiel mais manque d'entretien

Nous avons regretté le manque de soins apporté au nettoyage préalable. Appartement poussièreux, aérateurs moisis, .... les couettes douteuses voire même carrément tachées .... on vous passe les ampoules grillées, l'abattant Wc cassé, les prises de courant qui ne fonctionne pas ou qui s'arrachent du mur. Une bonne reprise en main s'impose. À part ça le cadre et l'exposition sont agréable.
