The heated swimming pool area has a 70m2 terrace with 8 deckchairs available (swimming pool secured by a bar cover and a barrier with 2 pool doors). Upper terrace 50m2.

You are located close to Pérouges (medieval city registered with UNESCO), 30 minutes from Lyon, at the gates of the Dombe and its specialties, a few minutes from the famous ViaRhôna for bike rides, 5 minutes from the activities of canoeing and kayaking, 15 minutes from the Parc des Oiseaux, 25 minutes from the Caves of La Balme, near the tonic plain of the Ain, many lakes ...

Nearby, many horse riding centers, golf, tennis ... Park "la coulée verte" just below the house for great family walks. Many walks in the forest at the exit of the house.

The sofa beds in our children's bedrooms (under the high beds) are fitted with real comfortable mattresses (if you want to use these double beds for couples). The pine bed in the "pink room" is upgradeable (possible to transform it into a 190m bed if you ask us).
In addition to the 5 bedrooms and the living room, you have at your disposal a small living room on the mezzanine and a large laundry room with a quality René Pierre table football and a ping pong table in the garage that you can put in the courtyard.

Chouette endroit calme avec magasins à proximité. Grands espaces à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur

Le voisinage est calme donc propice à la détente. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et accessibles. La maison est grande ainsi que le jardin.

a nice house in a nice neighbourhood!

we had a pleasant holiday in this house. everything was very clean and tidy. the house had a beautiful terrace and a lovely swimming pool. everything included, such as hand towels and bed linen. The kitchen is well equipped, in the basement is a washing machine and an extra fridge, which is very useful with a large family. The children could use a lot of toys and games, which was very nice for them. there is a lot to visit in the area (Pérouges, Lyon, some caves,...). the owners are very friendly and helpful. we have a very nice holiday in this house!

Séjour très agréable

Maison spacieuse et fonctionnelle avec piscine dans un environnement calme, le tout très agréable. Quelques réserves sur la vétusté de certains appareils électro ménager, sur le manque de vigilance contre le calcaire présent sur les machines et dans les toilettes. La literie pour le couchage de couples dans les 2 clic -clac est inappropriée. Cependant la mise à disposition de toute la maison avec tous ses équipements (vélos, baby foot,, jouets pour les enfants etc.......) proposés chaleureusement par les propriétaires permettent de passer un très agréable séjour.
