Great decorated with Mediterranean style house on two floors plus a solarium with stunning sea views and the beautiful Cala Tarida.

Fully equipped and heated, the house has three bedrooms, with large fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms, one on each floor, and a capacity of 1-8 people in the rooms and there is a sofa bed in the living room.

The house has two fully equipped private terraces with garden furniture, barbecue and relax area with private access to the pool of urbanization that is in front of the house within 10 meters.

Also a solarium of over 50 square meters with relaxing furniture to enjoy one of the best sunsets of the whole island.
Salon decorated with style and HD TV, Hifi equipment, dvd player and a large collection of movies.

Super séjour à Cala Tarida

La maison est propre, bien équipée et très bien placée (proche des plus belles plages de l'île). La maison est encore plus belle qu'en photo ! Nous avons passé 5 jours à Cala Tarida pour un enterrement de vie de jeune fille et c'était parfait. Juan est un hôte réactif et de bons conseils. Je recommande virement !

Quality-family time

The house is clean. The bedrooms are tidy and the open kitchen has everything you need. The bbq has a system so you can adjust the height of the grill. That was handy. From the rooftop you have a nice view and it's perfect for reading having a coffee or enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. There is a little driveway to park the car. Cala tarida beach is nearby and has a nice restaurant. There are a couple of supermarkets close so no worries there. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful property

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Raúl’s property. It was spotlessly clean, modern and in a quiet and pretty urbanisation. There were little supermarkets and nice beaches in walking distance which was handy, and the house had everything we needed for meals in and a great garden for yoga! The only challenge was finding it, as the property wasn’t exactly the same address as listed here and the housing complex itself is fairly new so taxi drivers couldn’t find it on a map. That being said, Raúl was quick to help and the drivers soon learnt after a few trips!

Fantastic stay in a wonderful location

My 4 friends and I had a wonderful time in Raúl’s beautiful property - it is clean, stylish and has everything you need (towels, kitchen supplies, even a bottle of wine!) We were all comfortable and slept well in the beds, and the property has good air conditioning and two big showers to keep cool. The outdoor space is fantastic, better than the pictures can do justice and we were able to easily cook a lovely Easter Sunday dinner for 5 in the kitchen. The communal pool is wonderful and it is a ten minute walk to the beach and local supermarket for fresh bread/supplies. We came for a relaxing, quiet holiday and this was the perfect place for it. Raúl was kind and always easy to contact, and very flexible with checking in and out which made the trip so much easier. I could not recommend this property and host enough, thank you again for a lovely stay! :)
