Great condo rental for a family looking to hit the beach or a group of golfers. Priced to book all season. Located within the Grand Palms Resorts community. 1 mile from Surfside beach, 4 miles from Myrtle Beach and 5 miles from the Myrtle Beach airport.

The unit is two bedrooms (Queen in one / two single beds in the other) with 1.5 baths. An air mattress is provided for additional sleeping in the living room if needed. Wifi, in unit laundry and all of the accessories you would need to make your own meals at home.

The unit was clean. One slab venetian slab needs repair. It was nice during the day but extremely warm after midnight

Outdated Misleading

Property manager doesn't reply back. Property very outdated and had damage to walls and entery door frame like someone busted the door in. Bathtub had a rug in it to cover a massive hole in the middle of tub. Towels old and ragged. Some actually had holes in them. 2 washcloths for 6 . Looked like nit cleaned in a while. Very dusty. Couldn't use dishwasher cause yhe door wouldn't come down far enough to pull the rack out to load. Had note on thermostat stated it hsd to stay at 72 or unit freezing up. Fine, but its hot, and so is the room. Had small fans if they worked.

Misleading listing.

I should have actually listened to the other reviews saying that this property is bad. It actually is as bad as the other reviews say and is not worth staying here at all. So let’s get into the details: A few days before the trip, VRBO sent an email regarding keys for accessing the unit. There was no helpful information in the email (not even the property unit # was provided) and when I clicked on the link it took me to the app saying that the host had not provided access yet. Well, I was thinking it would update automatically after check in time since we weren’t set to arrive til 4:30pm, but it never did. I called the host 30 minutes prior to arrival for help, but he didn’t answer. I sent a message once we arrived and he did not reply. I finally had to call VRBO to get it straight. The unit smelled like smoke. The beds were unmade AND the sheets provided were dirty and smelly and were COVERED in multiple dark hairs and sex stains. There was a germ-filled soggy mat in the shower covering up a broken tub. Honestly this should be considered a violation and shouldn’t even be offered to renters to use. The floors were filthy. There were lights in the unit that didn’t work. Also, the TV in the room with the twin beds didn’t work. There were no cutting board for prepping dinner. No shampoo was provided (it was listed). Hardly any hand soap was provided - the bottles were extremely watered down and not even enough liquid for the whole stay was in there. I have photos upon request.

do not know why you have this on your site it was a joke, it was dirty and dishwasher leaked and water all over kitchen and i had to buy a tool to fix handle on sliding glass door to get out on patio, and toilet in other lavatory did not flush but i fixed that and host did not answer calls hard to get a hold of. all bookings through you were great this needs to be taken of this sitr

We are able to share our condo with others at a very affordable rate. It's such a great spot with so much to do within a short distance. Surfside Beach is a great spot to get out and enjoy the surf and sun!
