1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinance that starts at 9 pm.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

This unit is located in an ideal area in the beautiful town of Madeira Beach and the Gulf of Mexico is directly across the street. There are plenty of activities to do in the area such as miniature golf at Smuggler's Cove, pedal and electric bike rentals, paddle boards, jet skis, parasailing, boat cruises including sunset, dolphin and sunset cruises. You can even rent a floating tiki bar to take out on the water and they are all within walking distance from this condo! The Mad Bay Fish House is a delicious waterfront restaurant for lunch or dinner and is just steps away. World famous John's Pass Boardwalk and Fishing Village is only a three minute walk away and features waterfront restaurants, Sculley's, large Tiki bar, brewery, watersport rentals, plenty of shopping, sweet shops and animal encounters.
