This apartment is usually laid out as a three bedroom apartment. With a beautiful sea view, your apartment comes finished to the highest standard.

Your Maltese Home is in a prime location. The newly renovated block welcomes you with its elegant marble entrance

Pjazza Tigné is 4 minutes away on foot and is the central hub for a vibrant mix of exclusive shops and cafés

The Space

With a beautiful sea view, your apartment comes finished to the highest standard.

The apartment has high ceilings, large rooms and a wide hallway to give a superb feeling of space. You have two beautiful modern bathrooms tiled in marble, you have two big bath tubs and two large showers. You then have three double bedrooms, two with super-king sized beds which can be made into 4 comfortable single beds. The third bedroom is the largest of them all and has the most amazing sea view over to Valetta.

Here you will find a proper, thick and comfortable double mattress within a sofa bed, with clean, fresh linen awaiting you for a good night’s rest.

Your kitchen is very well equipped so you can enjoy home cooked dinners and save on restaurant bills. The kitchen, sitting room and dining room are open plan and lead to your balcony which is one of the best views on the island. The view out of the windows at the back of your apartment is equally breathtaking.

During the summer months there is a large designated swimming area within a 3 minute walk from your apartment and you also have a sports club with full amenities which is also 3 minutes away and this costs E 20 for a week’s membership.

Tigne Point is 4 minutes walk from the apartment. It is the central hub for a vibrant mix of shops, cafés and bars. You can sip a cup of coffee, a glass of wine or savour a meal while soaking in the atmosphere and relaxing to the sound of the trickling fountains. Within the Tigne Point shopping centre you will find a big supermarket with plenty of choice.

As you walk along the promenade the other way, so this time you turn right as you leave the apartment and head towards Sliema’s town centre, you will find some more of Malta’s fun and fashionable shops, restaurants and bars.

Guest access

We work with a private chauffeur firm who will greet you at the arrivals terminal at the airport. He will have your name on his board so that you can recognise him easily and then he will give you a comfortable journey from the airport to your apartment for the same cost as a taxi. The cost is 20 Euros for 4 people and luggage.

If I am in Malta I will show you around your apartment myself, but if I am abroad, then our chauffeur, who is now a friend, and the owner of the chauffeur firm that we use, he will give you the keys to your apartment and show you around.

I have negotiated this free check in for you when our chauffeur picks you up from the airport. Alternatively if you would like to make your own way to the apartment then I can book someone to come and show you around. As this person will incur her time to get to the apartment and is likely to have to wait a while if your plane is delayed and help you if you get lost, you would need to pay her 8 Euros for her time and I would be grateful if you would pay this in advance of your arrival if you choose this option instead of the free check-in.

Interaction with guests

We welcome families, business professionals and couples to this beautiful apartment.

Our approach is providing you with the freedom you require to fully enjoy your stay at the apartment. So, in advance of your arrival we will provide you with a ‘welcome pack’ document that sets out what you need to know about the apartment when you arrive.

We also provide you with ‘Our local guide to Malta’ two weeks before arrival. This explains many local places you can visit, eat, drink or go to during your visit.

On arrival you will be welcomed and shown around the apartment and during your stay I will contact you from time to time by email or by phone to ensure all things are going well.

On the day before you depart I will contact you again to give you a gentle reminder of the chauffeur’s details and to confirm the pick-up time and support you with an easy check out.

If at any time during your stay you need anything please let me know and it will be attended to straightaway.

Other things to note

PLEASE NOTE:

If you are a smoker you are welcome to stay but PLEASE ONLY SMOKE OUTSIDE THE APARTMENT so as to keep the inside nice and fresh. Thank you so much.

Kitchen: We have designated 4 drawers and 2 cupboards that will fully equip you for cooking and eating in, or on your balcony with the best view in all of Malta.

The neighbourhood

Overview

Malta is a lovely country with celebrations and fireworks all through the year. Winter is usually warm and it is a great place to relax and enjoy varied culture and history.

Getting around

You are just a few minutes’ walk from buses that will take you all around the island. You are also a 5 minute walk to the ferry to Valletta. Everything is close by here.

Additional rules

I would be very grateful if you can be quiet in the common parts of the building to keep the neighbours happy.

The apartment should be left as you found it but if you do break, damage or lose any items please let me know.

This apartment is not available for or to be used for a party during your stay. If you do have this requirement please do discuss it with me.

The next guests in will be expecting the same inventory that you found on arrival.

If you are a smoker, then please only smoke on the balcony to keep the inside of the apartment fresh. Thanks so much.

My name is Pam and I look after a few beautiful homes that you are very welcome to stay in....this apartment in London, a magical log cabin in Marlow between Oxford and London and two fabulous sea-view apartments in Malta.

My background is accountancy and then I decided that travelling was a lot more fun so off I went around the World! I have my own business and now also enjoy looking after my two gorgeous kiddies. They fill me with pride, happiness and contentment. Do ask me any questions about my places as I would love to welcome you as my guest.

Best view in Malta!

We had a fabulous 8-day stay in this apartment (#6) earlier in May. To start with, the view from the balcony of Valletta across the harbour is simply postcard-perfect and the various light conditions provide one opportunities for so many different great photos. We were fascinated by the ever changing activity below and were even treated to several spectacular firework displays!

The location is also very practical, only a short walk away from bus and ferry stops, cruises, tours, shopping, and endless dining options. A 5 km long waterfront promenade right outside the front door helps in burning off some of those delicious calories :-)

The apartment itself is super comfortable and spacious enough for anyone in our group of 5 to disappear at will! The furnishings are of the highest quality.

Pam was great to deal with, providing lots of information and advice about the area and promptly responding to all questions and emails. She is a very caring owner who goes out of her way to ensure that everyone has a great stay. The “manual” that she prepared for the apartment is one of the best I have ever seen, right down to operating instructions for all appliances and troubleshooting of utilities!

I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone.

Fabulous location

The apartment is stunningly located, with fabulous views and easy access to the Valletta ferry, restaurants, bus and boat tours.

It is spotlessly clean and very well equipped, making dining in a pleasure.

The best bit is dealing with the owner Pam, she takes a personal interest in ensuring a smooth stay, including for example, arranging airport transfers if you so wish..

Overall a fantastic holiday experience, which we hope to repeat for a third time.

Fabulous views overlooking Valetta! Top of the line appliances and lots of space!

We had a fabulous time staying in beautiful Malta! Pam was most helpful and everything was perfect and as described. The apartment was larger than we expected with fabulous views of Valetta. The kitchen was up to date with top of the line appliances. The location was perfect. We were close to the shopping mall, bus stop, and ferry. I felt very safe and ran along the water several days alone. Pam was great to work with. She even offered for us to stay an extra night when our flight got cancelled. We hired Paul to take us to the airport and pick us up at a very reasonable rate. He was always on time and very courteous. We also hired Paul, to take us to Gozo. We were able to see so many beautiful places on the island we could not have seen otherwise. I would highly recommend booking this apartment through Pam and hiring her driver, Paul. If we should be so blessed, we hope to come back and visit again!

wonderfull stay

the flat is very large with several beds, a big kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a balcony. There is a gorgeous view upon Valetta. It is magnificient.

Pam gave us all the explanations we need.

I would like to go back and stay at pam's flat another time.

Great apartment

Great apartment with a fantastic view of Valletta and central to just about everything including tour buses/boats and the ferry to Valletta. Shops and restaurants on your doorstep. Nice comfortable apartment. Pam is very helpful and will help you with any arrangements or queries you may have. A great place to stay in Malta.

Million dollar view in Malta

Pam's unit is on the top floor in Sliema with arguably the best view across to harbour to Valetta.

Even in January, which is supposed to be winter, but which was delightful this year, we had to drag ourselves off the balcony to go sightseeing.

The bus link was a a few steps to the right down the elevator. The ferry link a few more. The trendiest shopping centre is a few steps to the left, up another elevator to a bridge, past a decadent French cafe with seriously good coffee and delectable pain au chocolat -- but you likely won't make it without a stop.

The apartment is amazingly spacious: just perfect for a stay in Malta.

A week was nowhere near long enough.

How we will miss that interesting country and that amazing view!
