Casa Claudio Colorado is a three bedroom, two bathroom unit in beautiful Colorado Springs, CO. It is completely renovated inside (December 2018) and is equipped with all new appliances and completely new furniture. It is decorated with a rustic glam feel. It is a duplex unit location with an attached one car garage. Located less than 2 miles to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, The Incline, Cave of the Winds and many sightseeing spots! Only one block away is beautiful Colorado Avenue which boasts some amazing restaurants and shops. Casa Claudio sleeps up to 8 people and has one king bed, one queen and a twin/full bunk bed. Casa Claudio is very kid-friendly offering a crib/play pen, high chair, family movies, games and more! We provide luxury linens through out the entire residence and memory foam mattresses. Girls Trip

The rental is in a great location. The beds are comfortable. The rental however needs a deep clean and some TLC. I would suggest a few extra blankets as well as adding a few kitchen items. There is no colander and there were several wine openers but they were all broken. I bought one and left it behind. Lastly the main floor shower does not drain well. You have to keep turning off the shower unless you want to stand in three inches of water.

Enjoyed our stay!

Lots of things for small children like baby gates, a pack n play, high chair, booster, and eating utensils. The kitchen was also well stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Beautiful view of the mountains!

Weekend moms & daughters

Cute house is a great spot near old town area (easy walking). Our daughters had a competition at the Broadmoor that weekend. We chose to stay off site and SO glad we did. Location is a short drive to all the fun spots. Three bedrooms, two full baths. Cute, clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for 6 of us.
