This elegant studio is nestled in the heart of Wellington within the prestigious Palm Beach Polo and Country Club. The unit is close to the East Gate of this lushly manicured gated community and boasts of a private lake in the backyard.

Just minutes away from the international polo club, the Grand Prix show grounds and downtown Wellington this unit comes with a front porch and a reserved parking spot.
There is free access to a small pool around the corner.

Inside this ground floor studio is well appointed and comes with a comfortable Queen size double bed , a leather recliner love seat , dining table for two and a walk in closet with a washer dryer.

TV , internet, and basic cable are included in the rent and the unit has heat and central AC. There is a coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave and a toaster oven but no cook top.

The bathroom is spacious with a double sink vanity and a full sized bathtub with shower.

I like the property it was close to my daughters place in the polo club. The tiny room was a bit out dated but worked. The tv very small , but overall fine.
