Hübsche Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Hervorzuheben sind die gute Ausstattung (inkl Geschirrspüler) und der sehr aufmerksame Vermieter. Toll war es, dass Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt wurden.

Super vacanza

Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane in questo bellissimo appartamento con due bimbe di 11 e 9 anni. L'appartamento è nuovo e super accessoriato, c'e tutto perfino la lavastoviglie e due climatizzatori (mai usati visto che c'era sempre un gradevole venticello!) La posizione è in un quartiere di nuova costruzione davvero tranquillo: con le biciclette messe a disposizione siamo riusciti a raggiungere le spiagge attraverso la pineta.... che altro dire.. di tutte le vacanze fatte fin'ora questa è una delle rare volte che ci sentiamo come a casa! La zona, inoltre, per chi come noi non cerca solo mare ma anche altro, è perfetta: Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, Parco Archeologico di Populonia, Volterra, Pisa…. Grazie di tutto!!

Entspannung pur!

Die Wohnung ist hell und gut geschnitten, ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer und eine große Wohnküche mit Schlafsofa. Beide Räume sind gut klimatisiert. Das ist bei hohen Außentemperaturen sehr angenehm. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit praktischer Spülmaschine, einem Kühlschrank mit Eisfach und Induktionsherd. Waschmaschine und Wäschewaschbecken befinden sich auf dem hinteren Balkon. Der große Balkon hat viel Sonne und ist allseitig mit Markisen zu beschatten. Mit dem Fahrrad sind der kleine Ort und der Strand gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten unsere eigenen Fahrräder dabei und haben deshalb die Fahrräder der Wohnung nicht genutzt. Der Garten lädt mit zwei gepolsterten Liegen und einem großen Sonnenschirm zum Verweilen ein. Der freundliche Vermieter ist immer ansprechbar und hat uns bei Problemen sofort geholfen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Eine wunderschöne, moderne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist neuwertig, sauber und mit einer Klimaanlage, sowie zwei Balkonen ausgestattet. Um zum Meer zu kommen stehen sowas wie Fahrräder zur Verfügung-aber man gewöhnt sich auch daran 😉 Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Zum italienischen Flair fehlt der Gasherd, dafür gibt's Induktion. Alles in allem eine wirklich tolle Wohnung mit einem netten Vermieter. Sehr empfehlenswert!!
