Serene garden bedroom with new private large bathroom in a Victorian home. Enjoy a rare San Francisco backyard oasis -flora,butterflies, humming birds & trickling water fountain. Bus to downtown 1/2 blk. Great location to just about everything Designer shops, folks walking dogs and nanny's pushing strollers. For hustle bustle walk 7 blocks to Fillmore. 9 minutes to UCSF and less than that to Kaiser and CPMC.
The building is like staying in a B&B or hotel. Nothing is shared except the door from the exterior and the hallway to get to your space.

Comfortable Space in a Perfect Location

My wife and I are repeat renters at this pleasant apartment in a lively neighborhood of Pacific Heights. Many cafes, shops, and grocery stores are within easy walking distance. The Presidio is next door and a great place to start your day off with a brisk walk or end your day with a relaxing stroll to decompress after a busy day exploring SF. Keep this gem secret, or it will not be available on our next visit.

My daughter had out- patient surgery @UCSF. We stayed three days; a day before surgery and two days after. It was truly a healing place.

Just as dreamy as it looks online

Springer was a friendly, professional, responsive, all-around excellent host, and the spot is every bit as charming as it looks online. The shower experience was especially luxurious, with good temperature and water pressure. My partner and I hope to stay here again if/when we return to San Francisco!
