At the gates of the Mercantour Park:

Renting a beautiful, comfortable 3-room apartment on the garden level of a chalet located at an altitude of 1,200m, 2 km above the village of Saint Martin Vésubie, in the attractive district known as "little Switzerland" Niçoise ". Weekly rental during summer or school holidays, 3 nights minimum the rest of the year

DESCRIPTION:
This apartment of 60 m², is equipped for 4 people and is located on the edge of the forest, with beautiful exposure and a view of the mountains and mountain pastures.
It has 2 bedrooms: one of 15 m² (double bed 140cm) and the other of 10 m² with 2 single beds. .
The main room includes an American kitchen and a living room; it is framed by large bay windows letting in plenty of light and giving access to a large private terrace.
The apartment has a 40-inch TV and wi-fi.
The modern and functional bathroom is fitted with a washing machine.

LOCATION:
- 2 km from the typical village of Saint Martin (and its many shops) and the new VESUBIA MOUNTAIN PARK park offering all types of aquatic activities and climbing.
- 4 km from Boréon and PARC ALPHA (Parc des Loups), where you can practice many mountain hikes to discover the flora and fauna and the many lakes in the park. In winter you will have access to ice waterfalls and cross-country ski trails.
-A 5 km from the Colmiane station with tree climbing activities, via-Ferrata, summer tobogganing, mountain biking and the largest zip line in France. Family alpine ski resort in winter season.
- 15 mm from the thermal spa of Berthemont les Bains (rheumatology and respiratory tract, fitness ...).
- 1 hour by car from Nice and its beaches.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Wir sind wegen des Nationalparks Mercantour hierher gereist und haben dieses wunderbare Zuhause im Haus von Nadine und Jean-Marc gefunden. Die Anfahrtswege zu vielen Ausgangspunkten von Wanderungen im Herzen des Nationalparks sind kurz. Traumhaft schöne Natur abseits der Zivilisation. Die moderne Wohnung mit den großen Glasfronten zur Terrasse und die Aussicht geben immer das Gefühl, nah dran an der Natur und den nahen Tieren zu sein. Der schöne und lebendige Ort St. Martin de Vésubie bietet alles, was man braucht und ist schnell zu erreichen. Nadine und Jean-Marc sind beste Gastgeber und wir haben hier mehr gefunden als wir erwartet haben. Tausend Dank dafür!

Excellent séjour !

Semaine formidable chez Nadine et Jean-Marc ! Excellent accueil dans leur gîte très propre et agréable à vivre . Passionnés de montagne, ils nous ont donné des idées de randonnées magnifiques . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié discuter avec eux et sommes rentrés riches de cette belle rencontre . Merci beaucoup !

Séjour dans le mercantour

Appartement très fonctionnel et récent. Terrasse très agréable. Lieu idéal pour le départ des randonnées. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Le petit plus; les conseils de Jean-Marc pour les randonnées. En résumé, nous avons passé un bon séjour !

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Appartement neuf, spacieux, calme, parfaitement équipé avec une très jolie vue sur la montagne. Nous avons très bien été accueillis par Nadine et Jean Marc qui ont été très attentionnés durant notre séjour. Un très bon point point de départ pour les innombrables randonnées à réaliser dans la vallée. Tout a été parfait.
