About this property

Superb 17th century house. Tranquility. Games room / Trampoline

Hello to you
It is our house that we offer you, a very pretty 17th century longère that we have been renovating for 18 years, a renovation punctuated by the respective arrival of our 4 daughters.
Today we have two places of life thus oscillating between an urban rhythm and the quieter rhythm of the countryside.

It is a character house combining the charm of the old (beams, tomettes, whitewash, taddelack ...) and the modern.
In a green setting and surrounded by our two hectares of fields, it adjoins the forest which gives us beautiful morning discoveries: deer, birds ...

Located 1.5 km from Bazouges sous Hédé and its ponds, you will find its delicious organic bread sold in the bakery itself, its daily pancakes and its organic market on Thursday evening.
Hédé and Tinténiac, 3.5 km each, will offer you all the other necessary amenities.

And finally because it is our place of life, you will find a living house there with its games (drawers of playmobils :), its books, bikes and many other things that you will appreciate without counting.

The location makes many discoveries such as
The 11 locks
Combourg
Dinan, Saint Malo, and all our magnificent Breton coast, Mont Saint Michel ..
Many hiking, mountain biking sites.

Good bedding. Possibility to rent bed linen and towels.

The family house in Tinténiac is a very special place... unique in its tranquillity and nice view, in the middle of woods and bushes. It is prefect for families who want to come to rest and distance themselves from the busy life in cities. There is almost everything: a nice kitchen with all modern needs, a comfortabele living room, cosy rooms with lots of toys for younger but also older children, a trampoline, ... We had a lovely time in the house and did some nice walks around. If you are planning to visit a lot in the neighbourhood, you have to take in mind that you 'll need te drive some kilometres, but they are worthwile.
