Day one is already sorted. Spend the morning in the National Museum, followed by an afternoon in nearby Riegrovy Sady park. After all that you'll need to put your feet up, and we've got that covered too. There is ample space in the living area to lounge about. And it's even got footstools!
Sushi in Prague? Yes you can! Vinohrady’s dining scene spans the globe, and the local, expat community has followed suit. Get smart amongst the attractive townhouses in this convenient hood.
Sloping downwards towards central Prague, upmarket Vinohrady hosts the city’s gay and lesbian scene along with a lively, cosmopolitan cafe society. For a change of pace, take in some park life; chill in the beer garden at Riegrovy Park or try local wines at in the gazebo in Havlíčkovy Park. Na zdraví!
This was a pretty perfect spot. In an interesting neighborhood. Near some good restaurants (Bila Krava, Pho Vietnam, etc.), and everything in the apartment...furniture, finishes, beds, etc. was very nice. Kitchen was very good, lots of good pans, plenty of dishes, etc. Little store at end of block. Quiet. Tiny issue, dim lighting in bathroom, especially shower, and a light was out over sink and over kitchen counter. Andy was extremely helpful and nice. Thoroughly explained apartment and neighborhood and provided map and marked locations. Couldn't have been nicer. Loved it and absolutely loved Prague!!!
The apartment was great, very comfortable, good A/C and beds. Short walk to the metro station. The restaurants nearby provided the best meals of our entire trip which included Vienna and Budapest. The grocery store even had terrific pastries for breakfast. We really like having a place to relax together and have a snack and a drink after sightseeing all day. Beats a hotel any time. VRBO descriptions and photos were accurate.
My family stayed at the apartment for a long weekend. We were delighted with the price and amenities. The apartment had everything you would want, washer / dyer, AC, full kitchen, comfortable living room, lots of sunshine, comfortable beds. The property manager Andy was wonderful and full of good information.
The apartment is a little off the beaten path so you do need to walk to places. Old town is pretty close, but the castle is a bit of a hike. You can get to the subway pretty easily If you have limited mobility guests then it might be an issue. There are local stores, restaurants that are cheaper than the tourist areas. We would stay here again without hesitation
The apartment was situated a 5 minute walk from the city centre and had plenty of restaurants and bars located nearby. It would sleep 4 comfortably and the air conditioning was a god-send. It was a lovely apartment with everything you would ever need for your stay. The apartment manager (Andy) was always within a phone call away. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of visiting Prague
Great location. possibly the best in terms of quality. space and value from our 7 week tour of Europe. the manager was very helpful, and even left some food and wine to kick off our stay in Prague.
