Condo is on the free bus route, 90 second bus ride (7 minute walk) to Park City Mountain Resort; Deer Valley, The Canyons and historic Main St. within minutes by shuttle or car. Skiing not your thing? There are walking, running and bike paths, hiking trails, swimming, golfing, fly fishing, mountain biking, great shopping and dining all around you! Do as much or little as you want.

Nicely decorated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Condo. Sleeps 6 in beds. Sofa sleeper additional. Master has new king sized bed with full bath, and second bedroom has new king bed, plus log bunk bed and full bath.Fully stocked kitchen with dining table, every thing you need to dine in. Gas fireplace with vaulted ceiling. TV's in both bedrooms and large living room. Covered private parking with ski locker.

No Stairs To Condo's Front Door!

The complex has two hot tubs and an outdoor heated pool just steps away for relaxing after a hard day of skiing, mountain biking or fishing.

The grocery stores (Fresh Market and Park City Market) are across the street within walking distance. Also within walking distance is: Starbucks, Burger King, Rite Aid, Blockbuster, Squatters Brew Pub, Jan Sport and Cole Sport. 1 mile to Park City's historic center.

The rates are lower for this unit due to owner management. One stay in this unit and you will want to come back again and again!!!

We had a great time, the unit is very open and spacious. More than this, it has a great location, everything we needed was within walking distance. Loved the heated pool, the kids wanted to be in it all the time.

Winter Paradise

My family of five stayed at this wonderful condo in Park City for 5 nights on a ski trip the beginning of January. It is located right on the free bus line that will take you downtown to shops and restaurants, or to several of the ski resorts. Directly across the street is a Starbucks and grocery store. The condo is perfectly appointed with all the conveniences of home that allowed us to feel right at home. The skis on the walls and decorations definitely give it the ski chalet vibe. Sitting by the fireplace every night was the perfect way to take off the chill after a day on the slopes or shopping in town. There are two hot tubs and a heated pool as well as well as dry sauna at the clubhouse. Every night we would bring some drinks down to the hot tub to relax and unwind. They were clean and very close to walk to. Remember to bring your towel. The beds were comfortable and my kids loved the bunk beds. If you will be skiing during peak season and are planning to use the ski schools, you should book ahead of time on line and get your ski equipment the afternoon before to avoid lines and the chance that ski school will be full. Take advantage of the ski valet at park city if you don't want to transport your skis to and from the condo. There is so much to do in the area. We had a lot of fun. One last note. We did not rent a car after flying into Salt Lake City. We hired a car to bring us the short trip up the mountain to Park city. We used the free shuttle, uber/lyft and walked with no problem at all. We did have a grocery service deliver groceries the first night which was nice ,but probably wouldn't do that again since there is a store so close by. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations. We would definitely stay again.

FABULOUS location and NICELY appointed property! SUPER-RESPONSIVE-homeowner!!!

My kids and I had a great stay at John and Honor's property! There was enough room for everyone to relax and spread out after a tiring day on the slopes. The covered carport was a total plus, as it snowed almost the whole time we were there. Walking to Park City Mountain Resort was super-easy with using the ski valet at the base of the mountain.

Only downside was that it was REALLY cold while we were there (-4 degrees overnight), and we had a little difficulty keeping the lower floor warm enough.

Perfect for our Family Winter Vacation

My Dad lives on the East coast and my husband, our two sons and I live in Hawaii so we decided to meet in the middle in Park City. We feel so lucky we found this home. It was perfect for our vacation / family get together. The home felt warm, inviting and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our days gathered in the living room warmed by the fire watching holiday movies. Sometimes we would venture out to enjoy meals at the countless awesome restaurants located nearby, for some meals we just wanted to relax at home so we ordered delivery food. The home was a perfect home base for us… it was so nice to come home to after long days of snowboarding. The location is super convenient … a quick walk to Park City Mountain Resort, Fresh Market and Rite Aid are right across the street and Main Street is a quick Uber ride away. The layout of the home was really ideal. Dining room, kitchen, half bath and living room are on the first floor. The bedrooms are upstairs and are separated by a long hall that overlooks an outdoor courtyard. This results in a feeling of privacy and extra sound proofing between the rooms as the rooms have exterior open space between them. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and king size beds. The bedroom at the end of the hall also has a great bunk bed prefect for our boys. Additionally, this room has a private exterior stairway and entrance. John was wonderful to work with - so helpful and kind. We look forward to returning to this home next Winter.

We had a wonderful month in this condo. It is so well laid out with a well equipped kitchen

is centrally located in Park City and very near the bus route. The kitchen is very well equipped and the condo layout is great.

It is easy access from the carport which is important to us as we have back problems.

Altho it doesn't have air conditioning, we didnt miss it in July. We are hoping to be able to stay there again.
