About this property

You will understand at first sight why we fell in love with this villa. It is surrounded by a magnificent Mediterranean garden of 1000 m2 with its ten species of palm trees, citrus fruits, olive trees and of course its swimming pool and separate plunge pool. Choose the sweet and quiet life in the sun or in the shade out of the sight of neigbors. In the late afternoon, the sun illuminates the sandstone of the summer kitchen, this is the perfect time to have a drink and prepare the BBQ.

The interior was completely renovated in 2021: There is a spacious living and eating room with large windows overlooking the terrace. The table can accommodate 6 to 8 people. The kitchen is also new (May 2021) and fully equipped.

1st bedroom overlooking the pool with a 160 cm large bed
2nd bedroom with a bed of 160 cm convertible
At the mezzanine level a bed of 140 cm with access to the large covered terrace of 53 m2

The whole house is air conditioned. You have a WIFI inside the villa and in the garden, the TV is equipped both with an internet and a satellite receiver for ASTRA (channels in English, German, Spanish).
Also at your disposal an additional shower room, a washing machine and dryer.
The ground is enclosed with a wall and there is enough space for three cars.

You will dispose of the whole property for your stay.

Please note that the villa is not adapted for handicapped persons, but this may depend very much on the individual. Please contact us upfront in order to speak about details.

Prior to handing over the keys a deposit of 1000 € is requested to be paid by wire transfer on the owner's account. The deposit will be fully reimbursed within 7 days maximum if no damages were caused.

The house was clean and well equipped. The owner was friendly and helpful. It was advertised as 3 bedroomed and, although it says mezzanine further down the description, we were disappointed to have to make up the sofa bed ourselves. It also effected access to the upper terrace. Because there wasn't a pool cover any heat it acquired during the day was lost overnight, making it too cold for 2 of us to enjoy. We struggled to get the aircon working at night, which is when we needed it. We couldnt open windows due to the amount of insect life determined to feast on some of us!

Ein kleines Paradies in Südfrankreich

Wir waren im Sommer 2023 mit zwei Erwachsenen und drei Kindern für zwei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Hier stimmt wirklich alles! Insbesondere der sehr schön angelegte Pool hat uns sofort begeistert und wurde ausgiebig genutzt. Der ganze Außenbereich ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und wir haben uns dort sehr gerne aufgehalten. Das Haus selbst ist wirklich großartig. Es gibt einen sehr schönen Wohn- / Essbereich, eine moderne und sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, ein schönes Badezimmer und gemütliche Schlafzimmer. Alle Räume sind klimatisiert, was insbesondere an den heißen Sommertagen wirklich angenehm ist. Auch sonst ist einfach alles vorhanden und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt und die Übergabe waren sehr unkompliziert. Vom freundlichen Empfang durch eine Concierge, über die nette Nachfrage vom Vermieter, ob alles in Ordnung ist, bis hin zu Poolreinigung, die zwei Mal pro Woche von einer Firma früh morgens unauffällig durchgeführt wurde. Auch die Lage in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet ist optimal. Ein größerer Supermarkt ist nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Béziers ist mit dem Auto in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen und viele weitere schöne Städte und Sehenswürdigkeiten in weniger als einer Stunde. Insgesamt ist das wirklich alles auf sehr hohem Niveau und besser als wir es in den meisten anderen vergleichbaren Ferienhäusern erlebt haben. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Une maison parfaite pour un été en famille

Maison parfaitement et complètement équipée, gérée avec le plus grand soin et un extérieur charmant à souhait, entre arbres fruitiers, palmiers et bien entendu une piscine exquise pour supporter les températures caniculaires ou illustrer à merveille ses souvenirs de vacances. Les conseils du propriétaires sur les visites et activités à faire sont hautement recommandées !

Superbe maison, super séjour !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances à Puimisson. La maison est très belle et parfaitement équipée, conformément à la description et aux photos. Les différentes terrasses sont bien agréables pour profiter du soleil ou au contraire pour se reposer à l'ombre. La psicine et le petit bassin sont quant à eux de parfaites dimensions et parfaitement entretenus. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour !
